A lovely place in the North Cotswolds where peace and tranquility are part of the fabric. Lovely rooms and friendly host with good knowledge of the local area. Nothing is too much trouble. The setting is excellent as its brilliant for travelling to see Shakespeare in Stratford upon Avon, Bourton on the Water, and other quaint cotswold villages and even the famous city of Oxford.

I cannot recommend Maxwell's Piece Bed and Breakfast highly enough. The owners (Dave and Angela) genuinely go the "extra mile" with the friendly, professional service they offer - and this included a superb breakfast too. The room was suitably spacious (larger than expected) and everything felt "just right" from start to finish. Ideally located for the local amenities and attractions - and Dave was on hand to offer useful "local" tips and advice. I true gem of a place, "Five Stars" all round! -John
