My husband and I bought our first home today, October 15, 2020. Floss Roche was my realtor. I can not say enough about how wonderful she is. We looked at at least 2 dozen houses over the course of 4 weeks. We bid on and lost a few houses but she kept at it until we found our dream. She then had a mortgage guy on hand when we ready for that next step. I am a huge worry wart. I needed constant reassurance that everything was going OK. She stayed in contact with me and explained every step, sometimes repeatedly, until I understood. She held my hand and made this process as smooth as it can possibly be. I'd never have my beautiful home and be this happy if it wasn't for her. Thank you, Floss, for making my dreams come true.

I have never interacted with nor requested any service from this company and they send me junk mail every week. I have asked multiple times in writing and by speaking to numerous people in their office to be reviewed from all their mailing lists and they are either totally incompetent or maliciously wasteful. I would never use this company for any type of service.

I want to state that I would never get or recommend this realty company ever. So much misinformation given to the tenants. They do not inform you of all the facts, don't inform you about the utilities, but they called and blasted the phone with emails regarding payment. The broker was irresponsible and non professional. Please be careful when calling about a unit. They should not be in business

If you receive a letter from Maxwell Realty, and are interested in selling or renting, I STRONGLY suggest you call another company first.

Without ever giving them my personal information, or ever requesting communications, Maxwell Realty has incessantly sent me random letters over the past two years- a waste of my time, and horribly obnoxious. The letters provide no explanation of how to get them to stop, and no indication that Nancy Alperin is willing to stop.

A company that is this willing to disrespect non-customers, no doubt deals with its customers in a similarly self serving manner.

Worked with Jimmy several times, always a good experience. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. Highly knowledgeable about the Philly market. Can't vouch for the rest of the office as interactions were rare and brief.

This company has been sending me letters asking me if I want to sell or rent my condo. I never signed up to be on their mailing list I called their office to ask to be removed. They told me they would remove me but I still receive their mailers every few weeks. The letters are addressed in horrible handwriting and half of the information is inaccurate. This is a supreme waste of paper, a stamp and the my time opening these pointless letters. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS!!
