Max Schultz's service was impeccable - an appointment was made and everything was done on time. I bought a VW Golf GTI as a thank you.

I ordered some spare parts. Staff was friendly, helpful and competent.

The dealership can definitely also do Audi. Special thanks to Mr. Schwesinger for the good advice, support and "repair" recommendation on my new car. This is how car dealership has to be today and this is how I expected it after having been a customer of an Audi center for many years and recently moving here! Many thanks also to the competent ladies at reception. In contrast to another VW group dealership in the region, everything here was professional and accommodating from the start.

First-class advice, especially through the very competent, friendly and above all honest manner of Mr. Crestani. Rarely seen such an excellent seller. I felt very comfortable and he really takes a lot of time for the customers. Every email and every phone call was responded to quickly. At this car dealership I like to take the time to write a few lines.

I was on vacation near Kronach at the weekend and a marten had bitten through several lines. When the damage was found we were able to get to the dealership immediately and it would have been repaired the same day (Friday afternoon 4:30 p.m.) !!!! We then left the car there and picked it up the next day. Absolutely friendly staff both reception and service and great price / performance that I have never experienced anywhere else. I have also been to the car dealership twice in the past few years for short-term repairs and everything was great!

If I lived nearby, then only this car dealership!
