09-06 19:22 Extremely unpleasant experience. After being treated like this, we have absolutely no desire to ever return to this store. My girlfriend and I came in because she wanted to try on and buy a pair of glasses. When we entered, we greeted the staff. We received no greeting in return — only a clearly annoyed and unfriendly expression from one of the sales assistants. From the very beginning, we felt as if our presence was somehow bothering them. My girlfriend was calmly looking at the frames she was interested in and took out her phone to take a photo of a pair she liked. Instead of politely explaining that photography might not be allowed in the store, one of the sales assistants spoke to her in an extremely rude manner and practically shouted at her. My girlfriend immediately put her phone away, and we moved to another display. What shocked me even more was what happened next. As we were walking away, one of the employees looked at us and started deliberately making mocking faces and imitating us like a small child. Seeing this kind of behavior from someone whose job involves dealing with customers was honestly unbelievable. If taking photos is not allowed in the store, that is completely fine — it can simply be explained politely and respectfully. There is absolutely no reason to raise your voice, show open irritation, or mock customers behind their backs. We did not come there to argue or cause any problems. We came there to buy glasses. Instead, we were met with rudeness, arrogance, and completely unprofessional behavior. I strongly believe the management should pay serious attention to how some members of staff treat customers. A good selection of products means very little when customers are made to feel unwelcome from the moment they walk through the door. After this experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this store.
