I have tried three ways of contacting a person to help me renew my policy for another year, due to a pending contract for which I need to show proof of insurance. The customer service is horrible. I have hit dead ends through the website, phone calls, and email. I understand that Maury, Donnelly & Parr's policies are underwritten by other companies (ours is Chubb), which seems to leave the policy-holder in the lurch. I'll be shopping for another company for next year's policy starting today.
