The experience was underwhelming. The organization seemed lacking, resulting in a chaotic atmosphere. Equipment provided was subpar, which affected the snorkeling experience. The crew appeared unengaged, making it hard to feel any sense of excitement or enthusiasm. Overall, it did not meet my expectations for a memorable outing.
