Matrid Technologies Review

Doesn't Deserve a single star.
So unprofessional
1. Doesn't know how to take interview.
2. If you are willing to give interview here then please make sure that you have holiday. Because they will take your whole day for interview's First Stage only
3. If you got selected then you have to sign a 2 year bond in which they will take your Original certificates including (10th,12th,Degree).
If you said no to the bond they will reject you.
4. If you got ready to sign a bond then they will not provide bond copy to you. So they can change the policies after you sign the bond.
they will make big promises that we will give you handsome salary. we will raise your salary after 1 year and they will not fulfill their promises
5. they will also not provide you the Pay slip that is common in other companies

In short please don't go there

Amazing Company to work for. Best experience of my professional career - learned a lot in my 3 year stint with Matrid. I cannot imagine learning so much anywhere else.

Don't know why people are giving them 5 stars. they didn't deserves even a single one.
The reviews are written by their employees but wordings are of company.

They force their employees to write a positive review. If you don't they will start teasing you about your certificates (they used to sign bond over original certificates) and other essential certificates so they have to write the positive review.

They are so unprofessional. Please don't go there

Its been 1.6 years of working with Matrid technologies. It is a good place to start your career. The environment of the company is very much familiar and are colleagues very helpful.

It s getting one year approx while working with Matrid Technologies. The experience & knowledge of the teammates have made me progress in terms of work & communication with clients. Suggestions are welcomed from each & every employee for discussing the new changes.
Lack of attention or focus is not entertained, one need to be devoted to the assigned project. The fun continues in terms of healthy communication & timely project delivery.

A totally apathetic company, they found my Resume through Indeed and contacted me.

After I notified them that I am not interested, they constantly harassed me multiple phone numbers.

Totally unacceptable behaviour, not to even mention, they openly ask people to sign bonds over documents. In the end I had to block the said phone numbers.

WORST BOND PROCESS EVER SEEN.

I gave interview here last month and the interview process too slow pura din kon leta h bhai vo b just 5000 slry....and d worst part ye aapke original certificate mangte h in last agar apka selection ho b jaae or aap na do to ye reject krdete h plzz for all fresher donot submit your certificate here....ek bar aapke certificate jamaa hogye to aap kuch ni kar paoge in future so... this is my advice to all new fresher who will go there. Thanks

2. Here 6 months working means an year knowledge.
3. Great level of satisfaction in work.
4. Management is very lenient and always support in case of emergencies.

I feel pleasure to be part of the company as trainee.I never thought i can do programming part ,but truely i can say that the trainer under whom i am working is so helpful and knowledgeable that he teaches me so brilliantly.
