Beautiful church and a special place to celebrate mass.

My parish where I grew up. It was founded in 1858. Sisters from the Congregation of Notre Dame (CND) taught at the parish school.

The homily was great and all, but the rest of the liturgy was completely off. Typical boomer-liturgy which got hijacked by the choir director, who seemed to assume the Mass is about her. The bilingual General Intercessions in a generic white people parish was just unnecessary.

We wish there was a kid's room so we could listen with our baby and not distract from Mass.
