I contracted Master Decks to redo 3 decks at my house, including railings on each, and the experience was awesome. The team worked with me on all aspects, from working with new providers (I had specific railing in mind) and with other contractors where coordination was critical to accommodating my schedule that stretched out over several months, providing a personalized experience that exactly met my needs. Ryan Quinn (project manager) was my go to man on all aspects and lead carpenters Rod Walls and Ryan Bowker, apprentice Eduardo Morales and the entire railing crew lead by Edwin knew their stuff front to back and did excellent work along with providing great customer service. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Rarely do I come across a company that consistently delivers what it promises. MasterDecks from the beginning to end was exquisite! They tell you the entire process at the beginning, how it s going to go and what to expect from pricing, timing and quality.

Having my deck built by MasterDecks was plug and play, no costly surprises.

We have had a great experience working with Ryan Bowker. Ryan was the lead carpenter for our new deck project! Ryan has great communication and always made sure I was aware of what was happening day to day! He would go over all the details with me to make sure it is what I wanted! Ryan is very friendly and hardworking! I highly recommend him!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Got a handful of bids and went forward with MasterDecks. Great decision. So happy with the end product and it was a seamless process. Ryan did amazing all through the job. He found issues that needed to be addressed and communicated them well. Very glad with our decision to use them on our deck resurfacing.

We had the front porch rebuilt and a new deck installed in the backyard. Rod Walls was the project lead he did a great job. He was very informative about what was going on. He ask about how i wanted things designed
He built the privacy screen in the backyard after showing him a picture i found. It came out looking great. When i noticed a small gap in the front porch decking he happily fixed it. Very happy with the job Masterdecks did.

MasterDecks did an outstanding job building our new composite deck. Ryan Bowker places great emphasis on quality, details, and craftsmanship. He helped work through design options and recommendations as they came up to make sure we would be happy with the results. Our deck is beautiful and solid! Ryan and Nikita provided daily COVID temperature checks each morning, and progress photos and reports each evening. Communication was excellent throughout the build. This team knows how to build. After a frustrating few months of attempting to replace my deck myself, I reached out to Master Decks. Jeff showed up promptly for our consultation, answered all of my questions, showed examples of previous work, and gave us a lot of good ideas for our own deck. We were very comfortable choosing them to go forward.

From that point on Master Decks handled all of the details, including plans and acquiring permits. Our project manager, Ryan, had great attention to detail and answered all of our questions. The construction crew of Andrew and Joe worked hard and went over and above on making sure all of the details were correct. The end result speaks for itself.

Ryan and his team (Nikita) built a large back deck for us and we couldn t be happier with the end result. Ryan kept us informed of his progress every day and was quick to ask for our input on design decisions while also guiding us with his expertise. His craftsmanship was impeccable, with many complicated corners and designs within the deck itself that multiple people have commented on. Ryan was always respectful of our property (even cleaned up before leaving each day!), showed up to work on time and worked into the evening right before Christmas. We were also very impressed that Ryan and Nikita took all Covid precautions, took their temperature multiple times a day and wore masks while working. When the project was complete, Ryan walked us through the build and left us with extra supplies and his phone number in case we needed anything in the future. We couldn t have asked for a better experience and are confident Ryan is the best in the business.

Ryan (the on site manager) was amazing. He kept us informed every step of the way. Whenever there was a decision that had to be made, he explained the options in detail, with consideration for both function and aesthetics.

We had a couple tricky areas where we gave Ryan free reign to solve. He presented his solution before proceding, and I'd say they were brilliant.

If we had any questions or concerns he promptly addressed them and made sure we were satisfied with the result.

The cost was a little pricey, but in line with other competitors. Overall we are very satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism, and quality of the Masterdecks team.
