I have dealt with Master Care for the past 2 years. The employees are super nice and the owner Anwar Kazi really cares about his business. He takes personal calls and handle concerns as needed. Not every owner would be so involved. 5 Stars!!!!

I just started working for Mastercare's Oahu Headquarters as the new Marketing person and am very pleased with the way they run their business so far. The office staff works with many clients and they all work hard and help each other complete tasks. Good work ethic there and that's really important. Overall, I enjoy working here!
Mastercare gave me an opportunity to work with them and serve our community. The pay and benefits are lackluster, but the customer service from the scheduling office/admin section was what really kept me onboard as a dedicated caregiver and employee. I would have moved on to another company or hospital a long ago. I am really saddened that she chooses to stay with a company that doesn t compensate their employees properly. For workers who bend over backwards for this company so that we can put gas in our cars, deserve more than what we get from this company. Thankfully, I found a better job that provides better pay and better benefits for the amount of work I put into a company. I only hope the owner realizes how much value his employees brings to the company. And hopefully he compensates his LOYAL and HARDWORKING employees before it s too late.
Super sad that owner has no experience in the medical industry. Only in it for the money. One of the worst places I have worked with in my life. Sorry for the caregivers who have to deal with a company who has no respect for their employees or patients. There are a lot of choices out there so whatever you do I suggest not working for this company or even calling them to provide help for your loved ones. Also Garrika you will be editing your post soon I am sure.. Also what is "marketing person" haha seriously.
This company has been coming to my business and has tried recruiting my staff during business hours. This type of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. Auwe!
I was hired to write marketing content and was told I'd be posting for the company's social media as well. They wanted me in sooner, so I quit my job with one week's notice.
All I was asked to do was research the competition and come up with ideas for the whole four days I was there, which I did and then some.
The boss sits down to check in with me and informs me that they had already sign a contract with a social media company and that I was being let go because I didn't have experience in social media. He gave me a check and told me "Don't worry, you'll find a job." Then I was told I could pack up and leave.
I would be wary of working for Anwar Kazi--this company or any of his businesses. Some of the people there didn't mind working for him, but I wish I'd looked into it more before deciding to quit my job.
Mastercare provides excellent care and personnel are caring and professional. Management is is very helpful with all aspects along with paperwork from start to finish. My experience with Mastercare was very satisfying and would highly recommend.
THEY DO'T HAVE THE PERSONAL TO PROIDE SERVICES TO THE ELDERLY,THREIR OFFICE STAFF ANDREW HANG UP THE PHONE A FEW TIMES WHEN TALKING TO HIM,THE WORTS COSTUMER SERVICE.AFTER TALKING TO ANDREWS BOSS NOTHIG WAS DONE ABOUT.WILL NEVER HAVE ANYBODY ELDERLY FAMILY MENBER TAKE CARE FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is for all who reads and write about this company . These staff loves to take advantage of the clients. The homecare workers constant late coming into the clients home. The homecare workers did not care about the clients. The homecare workers has lots of activities the night before that coming into the clients home late The homecare worker are very unprofessional manner. The homecare workers are very argumentative and very confrontational. These homecare workers will sit in the clients home or will stand around and do nothing , not even taking care the clients. All the homecare workers will lied on their timesheet to sound that did do the work. Several homecare workers was eating and did not report they took a breakfast or lunch breaks. Several employees took breaks every half hour. The homecare workers was not familiar how to take health or medical date or use medical or health instructions. The company is hiring people who does not have the proper training to the CNA type of work . In the state of Hawaii, these employee must have the proper training to work in the field. The employees would burn the clients food even though this was address to company and the homecare workers but the homecare workers did not care. The employees are not proper train doing the work The employees are very filthy and do lots half ass worked and get paid for not doing their job. Before hiring these homecare workers do your homework.. These homecare workers will lied and steal and will not report to the company that do lots of unethical stuff in clients home and clients. All the homecare workers had strongly express not report them to the company or the supervisor.
