I've bought several things from them and it's always been an easy enough process. For that I'm giving two stars. It is my belief that they will outbid you if they feel they can get more and then relist items in there own in house auctions. Ive bid on on things in the past only to see them show back up in their own auctions. Good way to maximize their own profits and possibly the owners I suppose, but to me it kills your chances of actually getting a great deal. You'll get things at a fair enough price, but forget getting a great deal which to me is part of the fun. As they say "don't hate the player, hate the game" To each their own..

I appreciate the accommodating nature of the staff. Great people. Love buying at their auctions.
