Had a great time, felt great after! I loved it. The only thing I would change is how much my masseuse talked, I'm almost always down to talk but trying to relax and having someone talk to you the whole time kinda kills the relaxing part for me.

Ok so I've never really written a review for this place. I've been lucky to have great service except for when I call in. I called in tonight to see if there were any cancellations but I casually talking tot he front desk girl and she totally rushed me off the phone. It doesn't happen often but it has happened. I don't know if she felt stressed or not. I'm not the type to call the manager and ruin someone's day. I would like however for the service to be more polite. I've been a member since 2014.

Massage Envy is a horrible company! They will cheat you out of your well payed money!
What happened is that my husband and I started a membership with massage envy but soon realized that was a mistake! We couldn't always go every month so our point should have rolled over boy were we wrong. They rolled over to someone elses account. When we confronted the manager all she had to say was oh well it shows you went here you went to this store 5 times. We had told her no we have only been there once. Even on our account it showed a trend of us going on sudays. But the supposed 4 times were on random days. We pointed this out to her. She said okay I'll look into this and get back to you in a few days. Days passed but ironically each time we called the manager wasnt there. Shouldn't there be a manager on shift always? Apparently not.
I would never reccomened this company to anyone at all if you plan on becoming a member. For those that are already members keep track of how many massages you pay for and how many points you should have because believe me they will screw you over.

Very Irresponsible! They will notify you of a cancellation fee for your appointment but then decide to cancel on my couples massages, day of, in the lobby after driving in the rain to there business. It ruined my late Valentine's weekend. I would highly recommend another place!

If I could five "0" stars i would... Where do I start... My wife started using this Massage Envy approximately a year ago on her birthday. She scheduled a facial and a massage. On the day of both (her birthday), my wife got a call saying the person who was supposed to do her facial called out and could not do it. My wife had to reschedule her facial, and was compensated a fraction of the cost. Then this year on my wife's birthday, she got told the person who was supposed to do her massage called out, again! She rescheduled and got offered and extra $10.00 service... and now today we look at our bank account and the double charged us for the rescheduled massage.... the massage therapists seem to be very good and always have a great attitude but the management at this location is complete garbage. I am not surprised at the amount of bad reviews for this location.

Hands down the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Betsy is amazing, however, the management and employees manning the front desk are horrible. They have given me constant misinformation. Like if I cancelled my account I could not renew my membership for a year, or that they need 30 days WRITTEN consent to cancel my membership. Hell, they didn't even tell me it was a one year contract. Then they refused to let me use my last massage because I wanted to cancel the account right away. Horrible customer service. I have been in the customer service industry for more than 10 years and if I were in their shoes I would do just about anything to retain my membership. Now, I am on Google giving them a bad review. Their loss.

I got a chemical peel from Holly. I was so scared and nervous that something would go wrong, but she made me feel so comfortable. She is very nice and personable. She went over my health history made sure everything was safe for my skin. She told me what she was doing or what she was applying to my face every step of the way. She asked me on a scale of 1-10 how I was feeling every time she applied a layer of the peel. The highest I got up to was a 3. So not painful or uncomfortable at all. Sometimes I ask too many questions and people tend to not appreciate that. But Holly was happy to answer all of my questions and it didn't seem to bother her at all. I would recommend her to anyone in my family. The facility was very clean and tidy. Also very calm and tranquil. The staff up front were kind and helpful. Overall an excellent experience and I will definitely be returning!

I've had 1 good massage in 5 months. This is completely unacceptable. The therapists are unfriendly, don't listen to your concerns, and ignore the info in your profile. Please don't waste your time and money.

They tried to charge me an extra $10 for my massage. When I asked why they said it was a deep rubbing fee or something like that. I asked what that was and they said that I must have said "rub harder" or "deeper" during my massage, so it was a fee for the extra work. I didn't say anything like that. At the very beginning the girl asked me if I liked "pretty firm pressure" and I said "yeah." Neither of us said a word during the massage, and definitely no one said anything about any additional fees. Even if someone says harder or deeper you can't just charge them without telling them you're going to. They were pretty rude about it too.

My first massage was great as well as the workers I can in to contact with. I scheduled a second massage but realized a couple days later that I would be out of town for work with no access to cell service or WiFi. I just got back in to town and service and had a message saying I hadn t cancelled the appointment?!? And then I am told they have no record of me calling to cancel and now I have to pay $30 dollars for a no show fee!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Will never return to this business up until this experience I was planning on getting a membership. I am disappointed to know this is how you run your business.

Jeneca is one of the best massage therapists I've ever seen. She completely changed my opinion on the quality of service at Massage Envy locations. I would absolutely go back just to see her.

Sad to say I am not going back after this last visit. Front desk didn t say hello when I walked in and was very awkward through the whole process of checking in. My massage therapist never even looked at me when she called me back and didn t say much to me. During the massage she was supposed to do deep pressure (that is what she was listed as) but that was the lightest pressure I have received from a massage. Worse part was she used so much oil I now have to go home and not just shower but wash my hair that is soaked. You can see in the picture I am attaching how bad the bed was. The massage was supposed to be an hour but ended almost 15, yes, 15 min early! Finally, when leaving the room to checkout, what looked like a manager was in the lobby cleaning the floor blocking the front desk. Didn t say anything, didn t move, just looked at me and kept going adding to the whole awkward/bad experience. I have received hundreds of massages but this takes the cake for worse massage in my life and just an overall unpleasant visit. I ll stick to other locations in the future.

I have been here three times, each time with Tammy, and she has been wonderful. My back is always aching and she makes sure to take care of and pay special attention to that area. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her!

I'm very frustrated with my interactions with Massage Envy.
I've had an account with them for several years and found a few therapists that were exceptional.
However, the past 18-24 months have left me very irritated and discouraged. Their best therapists have all left the company. There was a front desk girl who was very friendly and helpful, but she's apparently left as well. Now when I am able to get appointments I end up with massage therapists that have horrible bedside manners, who sneeze and cough the entire session, who try to have inappropriate conversations with me, or don't seem to be educated in massage therapy.
The staff at the front counter are not helpful and can be downright rude.
When you try to resolve issues with management there is never a manager onsite.
Now after several weeks of trying to get logged into my online account to make appointments with no success I'm being told that they can't help me, I need to click on the "forgot password" link to receive an email to reset my password. A password I've never made and an email I never receive.

I've tried almost all the therapists at this location! I've had great experiences with all the ones I've tried. Ryan, and Joe.... If you've got an injury I highly recommend Kawika and Alisa. But plan on going to them a few times to really build on your results.

Front desk gals and therapist were very nice, but massage was awful - I requested a full body massage but had less than 5 minutes spend on my legs total (front and back) and no massage on my arms or upper back and shoulders - this is where most people carry stress, come on. Therapist was also late rooming me, but didn't adjust my time, resulting in a shorter massage than I paid for. Frustrating.

Went in last night after feeling so tight in my back and neck. Usually when I call trying to get an appointment for they same day they are always booked. But, Monday night I got lucky and was told Joe had an opening. Lucky me indeed! Joe was amazing!! He did wonders for my whole body in 90 minutes and gave firm, wonderful pressure the whole time. I loved his style and he was very professional. Thanks for the great massage!

When I called in today to make an appointment I was treated like a long lost friend :-) (12:45 PM) Good service begins with the front desk - Today was exceptional....hope the massage will be as well!

Well - service was not as good when I got to ME. I waited 40+ minutes because the massage therapist apparently didn't know she had a client? I was offered an opportunity to sit in the massage chair while I waited - The chair was broken and could only massage feet and calves. (Yet one more example of less than good service!) AND, the manager offered some massage "perks" to make-up for the inconvenience (and the fact that I was only going to get 60 of the 90 minutes I had asked for) - and those were not provided. P.S. I enjoy being massaged with hands and not battered by an elbow. The head and neck stretches were good, though.

This is my second membership at Massage Envy - I will not make this mistake again. If I wasn't already roped into a contract, this is one establishment I would never go to again.

Nice place. It was clean and nicely appointed. As my massage therapist, Alexis was outstanding. She listened to each of my concerns and addresed each one with the utmost professionalism. I can honestly say that I left in much less pain than when I came in. I booked my next appointment and am excited to go back.

I am a massage envy membership holder. This place has great therapists but their service is less than desirable. The front desk girls gave me misinformation all the time and then they told me that a new policy came out saying that if you want a hot stone massage you have to pay an additional $25 even if you have the hours to cover the 90 minutes. They never send you updates on these policies either. They overcharged me for massages TWICE making me pay for 120 minute message instead of a 90 min....JUST DON'T GO THROUGH THIS LOCATION. I have never had any problems with any of the other ones.

I had a terrible experience after coming to this massage envy for years. I ended my massage ten minutes in and left in tears. My massage therapist (Cami I believe) had zero bedside manner and was very disrespectful from the moment I started my massage. I would like to hope she was just having a bad day however my experience was bad enough I canceled my membership a few days later.

Friendly and very professional staff. I HIGHLY recommend Kawika if you have an injury or are rehabbing from one. He's a miracle worker! Don't expect anything "relaxing", but gets to the task at hand.

Whitney is amazing! After my stretch and massage I felt like I could finish the tasks I had left to do today w/o a care in the world. THAT wonderful feeling vanished, though, when I hit the front desk. I don't know whether the gals there were incompetent or whether MS's software was screwy - But to be told that I owed $60 (when I had credit + it's July 3rd and I certainly have not used my monthly hour) was ridiculous! I left last time with 2-3 hours of credit - which I have always been told rolls over. But, today I was told my credit had expired???? Very crappy way to end a most enjoyable treatment. (5 Stars to Whitney and zip to the front desk!) I want a hard copy record of payments made and treatments received.

I hate to post a negative review but I wanted to share my experience with others. I was in the area on a ski trip and looking forward to a refresh after skiing hard for three days. I had never been to a Massage Envy so I took advantage of the first time "discount" of $98 for a 2 hour massage. I think my masseuse's name was Andrea. The massage was very underwhelming. She did not apply any of the techniques I've enjoyed during other massages and overall it just wasn't very relaxing. The most annoying part was that she kept yawning. It was very unprofessional and made me feel like she didn't want to be there.

Other complaints were that the room was too hot. I like a warm massage table but I was sweating by the end of the massage and the bed itself wasn't even heated. The table itself wasn't very comfortable either, mainly because of the headrest. I was also put off by the hard sell to become a "member" of Massage Envy at the end and the fact that they ask you if you'd like to add a gratuity when paying via credit card. Why don't they just put a line on the receipt for me to fill out like every other business so I don't have to announce to the entire lobby how much I'd like to tip for my disappointing massage.

Ok, end rant. I'll look elsewhere for a massage if ever return to the area and will think twice before going to another Massage Envy.

I paid for a 3 month membership, the contract says you an use any un-used massages 60 days after expiration. I called to set an appointment to use one that I didn't use in the 3 months and I was told that the 60 days doesn't count for the 3 month membership. Then why does my contract say that I can use it?! You have to honor contracts or why have them? A contract is a contract, you guys can get sued for this!

I have been to other massage clinics around the area and have found this location to be the best. They have tons of massage therapists to work with, each having their own area of expertise (just ask for what you need.) I was a little suprised with the membership option- I have never been offered that before with massages. The membership so far is pretty simple. I don't think the first reviewer read their terms & conditions- you have a year to use the massages (or three months if you do that one.) You are an idiot if you let them expire.
