Applied for a job as a driver. Was treated like family. Very impressed
Literally the worst, most unreliable transportation I've ever had to deal with. Constantly late buses, constantly raising the fees, buses will drive right by you as you wait for them, extraordinarily unprofessional Help Desk. This is the definition of a terrible business. I suggest no one use this service as it will make you late/wait on whatever you needed to do.
Considering all the people being serviced hourly and daily, the staff do a phenomenal job. Well done to each and every one of you.
Drivers and other employees friendly and helpful. Place is clean and it's cheap transportation
Passed me twice... I need to get to work. Car is in the shop temporarily so I had to rely on the buses... Utterly useless couldve just used my own two feet
First started using the bus in December. Driver kept going past my stop literally like 10 min earlier than he was supposed to. First couple times I called about it, they say oh sorry we will fix the issue. 3/4 time it s oh you must be looking at the wrong time, started arguing with me.. I know who it is answering the phones there. It s the woman who sits at the information booth at the transfer plaza. Anyways, TERRIBLE customer service. Worst I ve ever seen. Then had an incident there (BE CAREFUL THEY WILL LIE ABOUT YOU/STICK UP FOR EACH OTHER AND KICK YOU OUT OF THE BUILDING BECAUSE HOW DARE YOU THREATEN TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM...) Yeah, I had a problem with a security guard being rude to me, following me and harassing me, for supposedly refusing to unplug my phone, (that s weird in itself why you suddenly won t allow people to charge their phone there) now mind you I m already waiting for my bus in a different area when he follows me over there and stops me from getting on my bus.. I go to the information booth to try to get some help, and absolutely nobody would help me, they were EXTREMELY rude, I was told SEVERAL times by your staff that I would not be filling out a complaint form and they refused to tell me how I file a formal complaint. Then some jerk guy tried telling me he d call me back and let me know if I m even ALLOWED to pick up a complaint form. LOL. Is that how y all keep from getting complaints? Refusing to allow people to make them? I found out you can pick one up anytime at 615 Harrison street. Thanks... have a great day!
Bus depot downtown Flint.
You can purchase a bus pass here for the month or catch a ride across town. Schedules kept pretty tight, most buses on time except 12 Beecher Corunna
