Masraff's Restaurant Review

The food is good, but I question the owner's business ethics. I had a wedding a Masraff's wedding venue, The Wynden, and the owner refused to let me postpone wedding into 2021. I had downsized for safety since we have a pandemic and I was refused any sort of credit or refund back for nearly $9k that went unused. The Wynden staff service and food were top-notch, but I just can't enjoy or recommend Masraff's ever again after all my savings that just went into Masraff's pockets for nothing.

The food were delicious and excellently cook. I have never experienced such a well blend dish and perfectly cook new york strip such as this. Very well done. Everything was fresh down to the wasabi. The sauce to go with the strip was delightful as well. However, I felt like the pecan diplomat needs a little more pecan and the braised short ribs can get extra yukon.

Fabulous upscale service and dining experience last night at the new Bunker Hill location! Very elegantly decorated with a pleasant ambiance and we were greeted nicely with smiles from start to finish with the valet guy, host, waitress and every chef bringing each special dish to our table. Manager Thurston was extremely knowledgeable about each dish and the extensive drink selection, offering great recommendations and impeccable customer service to make my friend's birthday celebration extra special. We will definitely be back!

We found this place by accident when some of the more popular spots acted like they did not want the business for our group of 40. We went twice, once to scope it out and once for our group dinner. Every single detail was spot on, these folks are professionals and Masraff's is not to be missed

This restaurant has wonderful ambiance. The food is excellent and served with incredible service. To top it off, the wine selection is exceptional with a knowledgeable sommelier. The wine was decanted into a beautiful vessel adding art to the table. Highly recommended!

My wife and myself went to Maraff's for Valentine's day 2020. The menu was a set 3-course meal with 5 selections in each course. We also had a pairing of wine with the meal. Now when I say that it was some of the best food I have ever tasted, that is not an understatement. The food was phenomenal, our server was outstanding, and Mr Tony Masraff even came to our table to wish us happy anniversary. We will definitely be coming back to Masraff's in the future.

What could be better than celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary?...Choosing this restaurant. They made us feel special from the moment we walked in (prior to even knowing that we were celebrating). We were greeted politely and attentively by every staff member. Our waiter, Alex, was always tending to our needs without hesitation. He was genuinely friendly, and we had great conversations in between our various dishes. He was knowledgeable about all our food selections as well. Chef Greg is amazing. Everything we selected was full of mind-blowing flavors. I wish I could have tried everything on the menu. Topped off the evening with a "to die for" cake and some coffee. Thank you to everyone, including Mr. Masraff for making our anniversary a memorable one. We appreciate you and will definitely be coming back in the near future.

I wish i could give a 10 star to this restaurant. I want to say a huge thank you to Mr. Russell and the staff of Masraff's for giving me a beautiful birthday celebration. I called at 5pm for a 7:30 dinner engagement after being disappointed by another restaurant. Mr. Russell personally attended to me and customized a menu for me. He was very accommodating and even made an awesome mocktail for my guests that do not drink. The staff that attended to us were awesome (Shout out to Daniel). The cut my cake for me and made sure each guest left with a to go cake box. Oh my days!! the food was awesome and even my skeptic hubby was won over and is hooked on the lobster grits. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much.
