If I missed a time sensitive email, someone from his team followed up with a call, text, or an email to keep me on track! They were pleasantly persistent! I spoke with three lenders before settling on Mason-McDuffie. Jeff s professionalism, sincerity and attention to detail are what sealed the deal for me.

I have used several loan officers over the years and not one was memorable. I was referred to Jennifer Mize during a refinance of my mortgage on my third home. She was professional, personable and took the time to get to know a little about me. She was my only point of contact during the loan process which streamlined it for me. I absolutely recommend her and now have family working with her. I was not a number with this company, I was a valued client and treated as such.

John and his team at Mason-McDuffie were just outstanding to work with! During the few week process of my Mortgage Refinance with John everything went just smooth as possible. I didn't even hear from John as he and his team worked to get my refinance completed. The process to get my refinance done was cake compared to the experience I had during my first home purchase with a different mortgage company. John even went out of his way to let me know that my current insurance agent was being unprofessional and not helping them get the insurance documents they needed. John was calm cool and collective during the whole process and not once did I get any last minute requests to make things complicated or utterly stressful.
