Everyone listened to what I had to say. Were patient with me. Came up with options in how to deal with my issues. Facility was clean. Waiting time was not that long. Staff was friendly. Treatment results was getting more medication doses for Urticaria hives right away. Was quick to make another appt. Overall experience was excellent. Keep up the great work, and attitudes.
Prompt, professional service by all staff throughout my visit. All of my concerns were addressed and medical information was communicated to me in an easy to understand manner. I felt that the medical personnel truly cared about my condition, my overall health, and doing everything possible to help me obtain a positive outcome.
Dr.Rad was very hands on to determine what was the problems with my joints. The knee injection was less painful than the last time from a different provider. I am feeling results in less pain in my knee. He showed concern on the level of pain I was having. We have more steps to complete, but I am happy to have Dr. Rad continue to treat me!

We first met for a pacemaker device test with Amy. The nurse who checked us in was very pleasant. Amy and her shadow completed the test with confidence and efficiency. I didn't really remember Dr. Spooner when I had the pacemaker inserted, but was nice to meet him again. He is thorough and we got a very good report. Very happy with this appointment.
Dr. Rad is the most genuine guy. He was so polite, funny, informative and all around great doctor. The injection in my knee wasn t as painful as I had thought, he made the experience great.
