It also has auditorium for wedding or any type of small get-together.

One of the best hotel in the heart of my current capital state

The worst hotel I have ever been! Nobody cares about anything. No charme at all, everything is done without care. And it is located on a big highway it s so loud in the room and you can not lay down at the pool. But you don t want that anyway because it s not very inviting. And the garden restaurant is a joke. They are not even capable of cleaning tables. It s so dirty although nobody is there so they would have enough time to clean it. And the internet and TV service is very poorly. Nothing works!! The shower was clocked, the balcony is also a joke. Just concrete nothing else not even a chair. So the balcony is totally useless. I paid so much money and got nothing in return

This is a luxury hotel in trivandrum. The rooms are spacious, but need extra skill to operate the electronic items in the room. Room rent is on the higher side compared to others. But for a luxurious hotel it is OK. The free breakfast offered by this government run hotel is reasonable. The front office is good. Good place for conducting conferences, businesses meetings etc

My friend Asif took the dessert twice from here in a buffet. Owned by KTDC, very well. Cozy. Includes a conference hall a cafe outside and more. #Comeoutandplay

Beautiful hotel having celebrating centenary of its glorious existence. It's in a very prime spot in the city which is close to all the important places like railway station, bus stand and airport plus Sri Ananthapadmanabha Swamy temple, Art gallery, Secretariat. The facilities provided here are of top notch. The prices are very much affordable though it can match any best hotel anywhere else. And finally it gives a sense of satisfaction to most of its customers.

Very Good property, Perfect location by all means at the heart of trivandrum city. But hotel is very poorly maintained. Housekeeping team doesn't respond aptly. Availability of internal staff is.very poor & also the available staff doesn't have any much knowledge

Great ambience and prime spot. But tad old. Needs urgent renovation to compete with the new hotels around Trivandrum.

Very good hotel run by a public sector corporation under Government of Kerala. This facility is in the heart of the city.

Rooms in ground floor which have seepage (114 to 120) not at all ok for stay.

Nice experience in muskot hotel situated in state capital trivandrum..Much expensive.

Nice place, wonderful stay, great food, good rooms, polite staff. Would like to specially thank Mr Akhil from the food section for making to easy for arranging food for our baby on all 3days and making our stay comfortable.

The stay at the hotel was very good but since I booked through goibibo there were couple of issues.Firstly if a couple books a deluxe room they get two separate beds which is unheard of and hotel is not ready to accommodate you on a single king/queen size bed. This needs to be told to travelers at the time of booking. Secondly all travellers get a complimentary breakfast if they book through website of Mascot but since I booked through goibibo I had to pay separately for the breakfast while room rents were almost same for both type of bookings. The wifi was not working also.This left us in bad taste.

5 stars for the courteous staff. And 1 star for condition it is kept it. Hotel is poorly maintained and needs upfront reno.
Breakfast buffet was below average. Dosa's were white and more like a heated batter, not even 5% (I know numbers) of surface area was golden.
Seemed like breakfast was cooked early morning and set out cold.
Spread is modest.

Went for dinner on Jan 2 , 2019..the food was terrible and horrible customer service..there were loud shouting from the kitchen for taking the order since we were a bit late...it was a total waste spending so much money for such a bad dinner...a "thattu kada" will taste better

Located at prime place, the ambience of Mascot hotel is second to none. For Trivandrum, Mascot Hotel is a matter of great pride.

Adipoli,,, food ok,, hall is medium size not too big not too small,, but timing is a little bit of problem when we conducting a program we want to finish it in the right time,,,, totally the service granted by mascot hotel is not bad thats all

Good hotel , value for money, staff is very good behaved, breakfast is good.old building Heritage need facelift & in rainy season room need air freshener treatment.

My quarantine days in Muscat were really amazing. I never thought it will pass so very fast.Staff deserves a special mention.Kudos to the entire team (Reception, Housekeeping & Roomservice)for providing tasty meals and homely comforts.Anything asked for at any hour of the day was taken care immediately with love and affection.Special thanks to Jijo for helping out wherever in need.Management deserves all credits for running the show effectively.
