MASCOT HOTEL,TRIVANDRUM Review

I stayed in the new annex of the hotel. Very spacious. Well lit. Nice furniture and bathroom fittings

Had one of the best lunch buffet in town at the legendary Mascot hotel. Since my childhood, the name "Mascot Hotel" in our capital was always familiar and it's the first time, recently I had the chance to experience the wonderful hospitality of KTDC's Mascot Hotel and to enjoy their lunch buffet. Other than the inexperienced Restaurant crew, everything was awesome including the food and ambience..

One of the best star hotels in Thiruvananthapuram. Neat and clean. Great food and lovely ambience.

Ktdc tvm...Poor in service...They took 1 hr to attend

It's one of the oldest Hotels in Trivandrum. Maintenance could have been better. Hotel is not that bad, kind of okay.

Excellent location. Very good rooms that are spacious. Bathroom is great as well. But the rooms are not sound proof and traffic signs easily pilfer through. The food is good but the breakfast is really not up there. Also, the gymnasium was not functional when i was there. Average service overall.

A good and well maintained government owned five star hotel in Trivandrum. It hosts some high level government meetings and functions. Food here is good, ambience outstanding and the staff are well natured. It is one of the oldest buildings in Kerala constructed by British engineers while they were ruling. In the heart of the city it is suited for high level business stays and meetings.

The buffet hasn't changed a lot over the years but it still attracts the crowd 'cause it's too good to be updated.

Rooms are average. Furnishings and decor are old. Needs renovation. Okay for an overnight stay. Don't expect much.

Poorly maintained hotel. No security staff to assist car parking and to give direction to drivers.

The food quality is not that great..the place was literally empty

Homely atmosphere. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. Appreciated the timely food supply. In particular one of the counter staff Mr. Jijo has given us very good breeing of hotel and given all required assistance.

This is one of the oldest and best maintained hotels of KTDC .The name is prestigious and all major programs and activities of government was conducted here People dreams about staying here It is too expensive and the facilities is not tallying with your money you spend. Anyway good ambience and well located with lots of trees.

Grand place for organising programme with awesome food and better physical facilities.
