After a disappointing introductory massage, due to a neglected pressure reduction request, Charlie the manager offered me another booking thankfully to make up for it. Which lead to me having a great one from Sam who is not only a lovely guy but was considerate throughout plus very knowledgable too!
Therefore this makes for an ideal place locally for treatments, which include a selection of upgrades, with convinient opening times in a very modern clinic although prices are quite expensive though there are occasionally offers as well as varying membership schemes available.

I'm very proud to say that I have now been a member for well over one year and thought it was time to give credit where credit is due. I'm not one to just write anything and will say exactly what I mean, with respect of course. Absolutely Brilliant: Every massage I have received has been of the highest quality, Professional establishment: WOW such polite staff and always considering you and your needs. Very relaxing surroundings: The treatment rooms are of a very high standard, they are clean, tidy, and the decor is soothing on the eye. I have always been treated like a human being not just another customer through the door. I can honestly say I am very impressed overall and have absolutely no problem with handing over my hard earn't money for a truly professional service. Well worth being a member !!

Amazing massage and very friendly and helpful staff

I strained my shoulder playing squash a couple of weeks ago and then had a very painful back spasm on Sunday. After hardly any sleep last night went along to the Massage Company in Camberley this afternoon. Tremendous. Sorted out my very painful back and my shoulder in one session. Walked away feeling great. Very highly recommended.

Love it here. Been a member since they opened. They're very professional and therapists genuinely take the time to get to know their customers and make sure they concentrate on key pressure points that are important to their customer.

Its clean, relaxing and professionally managed. I would definitely recommend.

Just a note to the owner, I know you are very busy but there have been a couple of occasions where I have only had 45mins rather than the 50mins because the therapist may have started slightly later or needs to finish earlier. This is not often but as I mention a couple of times. It's not worth moaning over 5 mins to the front of house team but I notice you mention garaunteed 50 mins hands on time.

I have been going to The Massage Company each month since it opened over a year ago. The standard of massage is fantastic - better than any spa/beauty massage I have had in the past. But, more than that, the level of the massages is consistent. They are all top quality and you can tell that training is so important to the company - they really want every customer's experience to be as perfect as possible.

Today I had this month's massage with Slaven and it was fantastic. He even asked if I had headaches or dizziness as my neck was so tight and went on to explain about the medical issues that can come from neck pain - that I had no idea about. Another great massage from The Massage Company and I am looking forward to next month's already - it's turned into such an important part of my life.

I love the Massage Company. I always have my massages done by the lovely Michelle and could not praise her enough. Came first time during my pregnancy with massive back pain and have been using the company since then. I always leave the place some kind of lifted and lighter as if I had the best spa day ever. I would definately recommend the place and if you are new to the company and not sure what massage therapist to chose then ask for Michelle!

Great customer service and have nailed the covid restrictions.

Recently had a massage which was just perfect. The male asked all the right questions and tailored it to suit my specific needs. The staff all had visors on, there was plenty of hand sanitiser available and the friendly staff opened all the doors further preventing me touching the touch surfaces . I felt totally safe and wouldn t hesitate to return.

Today I had my first massage at TMC, and wow what a fantastic experience, can t recommend it enough. You are fully looked after from the moment you walk through the doors. I had a Swedish massage with the Aromatherapy upgrade which was a great addition can t wait to go again :)

Really professional company, I got recommended to them as I have loads of tension, stress around my shoulders and neck. I have been a regular there now for over a year and the staff are all really good, which is great as I only know my schedule very late on and need to often book quite late so never know who I will be booked with. The membership works really well for me, cheaper and the scalp massage upgrade is my favourite!

Visiting the Massage Company left me feeling refreshed, revitalised and relaxed.

The massage therapist was polite, welcoming and contributed immensely to the relaxed environment. The heated bed and ambient music further contributed to a relaxing experience.

The deep tissue hot stone massage I opted for was excellent. I have suffered from tightness in my lower back and hamstrings due to numerous buns and injuries from sport, after the massage I felt no tightness whatsoever. Certainly will be a return customer.

Best massage. Not the 'gentle rub' like you get in a spa, but a proper massage - working your muscles. You certainly feel it after and it feels great!

I went in with pain in my shoulders, neck injury etc, the team were great, recommended the right massage for me, i knew it would hurt as i was hurting anyway, but it was very good, and i was put at ease straight away! Because my neck was hurting during the massage, i was struggling to get comfortable in the head rest, and i asked if i could something additional to rest on, and was offered a flannel... that was my only criticism, as it didnt really help much, and it meant i couldnt relax as much as i intended, but otherwise a * thankyou!

Very positive first experience with the company. They were knowledgeable and gave a great massage. Possible ongoing massage focuses were suggested but not pushed. Love the monthly subscription system.

Had a massage here and focused on my legs. I had been doing a lot of running and they were in pain, it helped massively, very professional and hygienic!

The massage itself was very good and personalised to you based on a sheet you fill in upon arrival. However, there a few things here that dampen the experience:

1) The standard massage time here is 50 minutes. This is ten minutes shorter than a traditional 60 minute massage. I assume this is to account for dressing/undressing. The 10 minute difference here is noticeable.



On a positive note:

1) The music is relaxing
2) The massage bed has a heated blanket which is a nice touch
3) The staff are incredibly friendly
4) There is free parking which is very convenient

Edit: in response to the owners comment regarding the fact I ve lived in Thailand, I also get massages regularly in the U.K. too (at least once per month) as it s a big part of my lifestyle. All of the above still applies. It s a wonderful place to get a massage but only cost effective if you become a member.

So I went for the first time and was very relaxing. I asked for firm pressure but was always asked if pressure is OK. I high recommend to any one with knoxs in back.

Got charged full price for a missed appointment and withdrew my membership straight away.

Sales pitch and upgrades were a bit mucb, you pay for the basic massage and get charged for ectras, I paid for an additional scalp massage but it was taken out of the time from my body massage.

I visited the High Wycombe branch this week. What a lovely place to have a massage. I asked for a deep tissue massage from Diana and it was very good. I was also impressed with the professionalism of Hilary on reception. She was really helpful in explaining the treatments on offer. Definitely the place to go for a massage.

Absolutely incredible massage company in Camberley! Have been going for years and it is always a relaxing and calming experience. The staff are friendly and kind and the massage therapists have helped me with injuries as well as easing tense and painful muscle groups which I frequently have from fibromyalgia or stress. Recommend them to friends and family - a great massage for a reasonable price - worth every penny!

I became a member in August this year and have suffered from stress for some years now. It's amazing the difference it has made. It took a few times, just to untangle the one big knot that was my body. The staff are very knowledgeable, experienced and above all polite. Would recommend this to anyone.

The Massage Company- Camberley is the best!. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff at reception are always friendly and helpful and I have honestly not had a better massage anywhere else. The rooms are always clean, the music is relaxing and the diffusers always keep the rooms smelling great. I have had two masseuse and they were both brilliant. Do yourself a favour and get a membership...it will be the best money you have spent in a long time.

Excellent place for a massage, less luxurious than a spa as this is seen as more of a thing to do monthly for aches, pains and injury s. There is pressure post massage to sign up for a monthly plan, and without it the prices are higher than a traditional spa so personally for me wanting to go off the cuff it is not for me. Cannot fault the massage but really only ideal for those that want to visit on a regular basis and are happy to sign up to a recurring plan much like a gym.

I don't dish out five stars lightly! Just had my first visit here with Toni Joanna with a 50 minute introduction deep tissue massage. The interview was professional and she took all of my personal needs into consideration, since I have polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR). I definitely felt the benefits (and still do the next day) and will be coming back for more treatments. The staff all really took time to understand me and I never once felt rushed or like they were clock watching.

Love it. The deep tissue massage is always amazing no matter which therapist I have. The staff are super friendly and will make you feel completely comfortable. I won't go anywhere else for massages now.

Excellent Sports and deep tissue massage following cricket injury. Injury resolved in two sessions and so pleased with results booked a massage a month. Highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived I been looked after by Slavel and Andy, coming from the Spa industry I was pleased with the massage and Therapist ensured the pressure is right for me throughout the massage.

Very good service.

I reached there about 10 minutes late since I had some trouble finding to park. There is a parking place on the opposite side of the road which unfortunately I had missed and ended up parking at the Atrium. I was called by the Centre to assure that I was coming and they said they're happy to wait.

On going to the Centre, they as you to fill a form so that they know what part of your body needs attention. The therapist then comes to you and has a consultation on which part of the body we think needs attention. Then the massage starts.

The massage it self was very good and Michelle was the therapist who did a deep tissue massage on me. She made sure my wrists where there was the extra pain are catered to properly. It went up to the neck which was creating all the trouble in her opinion. The whole body was catered to including the problem areas and I fell as light as rain after the massage.

Later they Michelle also recommended that I do some neck exercises which she demonstrated so I get them right.

Will definetly go next time.

Again, in site parking is limited so make sure you do identify the place to park before you leave. Other than that they should take care of you.

The Centre itself is opening new centers so that should be good if it arrives in the my area.

As for the company, they should consider app booking and filling up the form online so the therapist has a copy of your problem areas even before you arrive, just an improvement point.... no crticism.

Found this new centre online. Really easy booking system, ultra professional staff and the best deep tissue massage I have had I can now move my neck and my shoulders feel like they have dropped like never before. Highly recommend, and I will be back!
