Foreign people mess up every distribution center in America. They cause the highest turn around because they are extremely rude. They like to work 3 people positions and seriously think they will get a raise for doing so. No. I'm only doing the job I'm supposed to do. I will take all the help i can get and be nice about it too

I was employed at Masada Bakery on 3rd shift for about 3 weeks. On my first day I observed a lot of inappropriate sexual references coming from the supervisor Larry, multiple compliments that were unnecessary (my smile, stature, eyes, etc.) literally pointing out each feature. I brushed it off because it was my first day and I was unsure of the intent of the compliments. A few days into my shift the supervisor was making references about females cooking for men and implied that I should cook for him, once again I brushed it off. Then he would ask questions about my relationship status with one of my coworkers that actually referred me to the job (which is none of his business), but I explained that we were just friends. A few times he called me into the office to see how I was doing and he would say, "We are like family here, if you need anything I got you, anything at all." I respected that, because it made me feel like you can come to the supervisors about any issues, until I realized that there were a few privileged female coworkers. There was some talk about Larry having relationships with some of the coworkers, but I kept away from those conversations. Then a few times I witnessed Larry yelling at some of the coworkers as if they were in a Correctional Facility. That made me uneasy because if I messed up, I didn't want him yelling at me in that manner, because we are all grown and that is very disrespectful and demeaning. On October 16, I came into work limping because my leg was swollen. Larry observed my condition and approached me while I was working. In front of another female coworker he asked me what was wrong with my leg. I explained that it was swollen, he then commented "I should stay off my knees when I get home from work." I stated, "I'm not on my knees when I go home, so what does that have to do with my leg being swollen?" He repeated his comment, in return Larry and the female coworker across from me began to laugh. I stated that I didn't find the statement amusing and that it was very rude and disrespectful. I spoke with my coworker about the situation in which he advised me to document everything that was being said. He assured me that he would look out for me while I was there and help me document any misconduct.
After speaking to my coworker I worked a few more days, but I felt unsettled every time Larry came around. I was called in the office because he said that it was reported that I took longer breaks than everyone else (1-2 mins), but it upset me because for the atmosphere to supposedly be like family, we would all be in the same break room and if I fell asleep no one would wake me up; instead report me. Even though it wasn't their responsibility to wake me up, if that's how family do you then I don't want any part of it. After the discussion with Larry about my breaks, I began to feel intimidated because he kept mentioning about it, and saying don't make me have to do my job (which meant fire me). A few days later a confrontation between my coworker and Larry arose. My coworker was fed up and left, and I left right behind him because I didn't feel safe without him there.

This company is supervised by racist foreigners who don't allow other races to supervise or have any position of power. They look down on you like your nothing. They make all the black people do the hard jobs even the women. You work hard and they still don't appreciate you...it's never enough for them. You are treated like a number instead of a valued employee. They treat you so unfair in this place. They yell at you in front of everyone instead of pulling you aside in a professional matter. The pans that they use rarely gets cleaned they just reuse and reuse them with built up dirty dough still in them. I hope one day the owner comes in and catches this! If you don't like to be belittled, underpaid or unappreciated don't come here. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
