Thank you so much for helping us on such short notice. Our family has been going through many hard things like the death of my father-in-law and many medical issues that I was so overwhelmed and didn't call when I should have. You could have laughed at me and said good luck, but you actually listened and decided to take the case. We are so grateful.

They messed up my appeal , while I was approved for SSD I am only getting $30 a month due, per 4 people at SSD, to their error. I've done the leg work to present to SSD. The front staff seemed to have simply sat on the sidelines despite my presenting them with the evidence I gathered. Today the SSD folks said it might take another year to correct their error. Martone? what are you going to do???

I didn't appreciate how i got treated by the assistant staffing doing my son's appeal.
I feel disappointed.

I've called this office 2 times, and the representative answering the phone is rude, and incompetent. If this were my business I would get somebody that is at least pleasant on the phone. You are the first step to helping these people lady, get it together!

If you need help with anything Social Security, these are the folks to turn to. After SSDI turned down my application, Martone Law Firm took my case. They took care of everything, and my appeal hearing was quick and smooth because they had every base covered. I highly recommend them!

I am very happy that they are taking my case. They are very informative and willing to work with you so that you understand everything that is going on. Also unlike 2 other law offices I had tried to talk to about my case I didn't have any problems with my service dog being present with me, unlike the other I had forgotten to inform them when I had called for an appointment. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with a disability case. And I have passed their information on to a half dozen acquaintance for help.

We would be lost without them. They took our case. They treat us with respect and care. The give us good advice. They pyt it so simple they told us always tell the truth because the truth never changes.

It's just awesome how the attorney gave up on my husband's case! Looking for a different attorney now.

If there were 0 stars, that would be more appropriate. Got an email dropping me with no reason except they aren t taking cases after they said I had a case and had been in contact for over a month

Very helpful and understanding answered all my questions

I called to ask questions about how they handle cases and the woman who answered was very rude! She did not answer my questions and stated I should first apply, wait to get denied and then call them back. She obviously doesn t understand how to the answer the question that was asked. What a joke! I would not do business with someone who has rude employees that represent their company so unprofessionally!!

I absolutely loved the family kinda vibe they give. Not only are they fast to respond but they are up front with all questions or concerns you might have and they get things rolling and with quick response time and im glad and proud of the decision i made by obtaining Council with them.
