I believe the guy I worked with name is Mark? He sits to the left in the last chair closest to the door. He was so nice and helpful and genuinely just had a good spirit. My partner came in with me the next day and said the same exact thing and she didn't even really interact with him. Nice guy!

There wasn't many vehicles on the lot to compare. I went looking for a Colorado and they only had one. I don't know maybe it is because of the chip shortage but there wasn't many vehicles. The good news is that the one Colorado they did have I liked it enough to purchase it. It was a white 2021 Z71 Colorado with the black trimmings and black wheels, all-terrain tires. I would have loved to compared it tho to a black on black Z71 Colorado with the same/similar package.
My experience was plesent... i worked with the car salesman called Nikos who handled all the transactions for us since we traveled from afar to pick up the 2021 Tahoe.
Jeffrey the sales manager handled all the paperwork.
The purchased went smothly and not only that, jeffrey was able to get me a better deal a few days later so i drove back to resign that contract and left even more pleased.

The only complain was the dam MSRP mark up, but who else isnt doing that at the moment... thanks pandemic and manufacturer shortage of chips.
This is where I purchased my truck, which after driving for over a month can say that I truly enjoy this truck and all its features. Today, however, I was in the service department to get my truck coated with PermaPlate which I thought had already done but thats besides the point. As you can see the truck is smooth and shiny. The service check in was very quick and although I was out of there 35 minutes later than expected. Overall it was a good experience. Hung out at a local diner which was recommend by the guy that helped me. Then waited the last 40 minutes in the plush seating they have in their clean waiting lobby.
Service dept was unable to diagnose a problem with my charge cord, simply shrugging and saying "It worked for us" - I was eventually able to find the answer online.
3/4 of the service rep staff still refusing to wear masks, despite local public health order, with obvious disregard for their customers and the local community.
I bought my last car form Martin , after buying another GM product I tried to tried another dealer for service, because it was closer to my house. After several attempts to use them. I had to come back to Martin ,Julio my service rep was the best and took great care of my car. I am so glad to be back. My husband said that our car rides better, Thank you Martin (Julio) Chevrolet
