Great profesional service here. They know their stuff!

They fixed my truck which is great, however it took two months of not having my vehicle. If they would tell customers that they would have your vehicle that long people could maybe find other options elsewhere. Some people like myself only own one vehicle.

Had my truck back for 3 days now, so far, everything is working great, shifting perfect. Very pleased either the warranty as well

A transmission shop with a 5 star rating??? Wow!!! I didn't feel like I was getting jersey around on the phone when I scheduled my car.

Marshall's was great! They worked with me on payments and when they discovered another problem with the car, they only charged me for the part, not for labor. These guys are really nice. I highly recommend them.

We had is some miscommunication apparently. They did get what I asked done but only after i called just before closing because i had not heard from them all day. Glad I was able to pick my car up as i had to have it and it ran when I got it in and they tried to tell me on the phone it did not. Needless to say i was happy with price and got what I wanted done it was just nerve wrecking.

This is the only place that I know of that rebuilds a transmission where it shifts just like new and lasts like better than new. I have used a dozen or so other places, over the years, and never been satisfied and had 6 transmissions rebuilt here without one thing to complain about.

It all starts at the front door and Miss Robin is great, The folks at Marshall's are simply the best in my opinion. They stand by their work 100%.

Exceptional service and work. They worked with me above and beyond to understand what my vehicle needed done to install an aftermarket clutch. Thank you! I will be back for any future transmission needs.
