First room was dirty. Sheets looked like they had been slept on and they just made the bed, glass top on dresser had spots from liquids, and french fries on the floor. So we requested another room and the service was good but the employee acted as though he was giving us some upgraded room for our trouble and it was the exact same. And this room was dirty too.... the toilet was not clean. Orange mildew in the shower and hair on the wall in the shower (gross) - like the shower wasnt even quickly wiped down. Just left from previous guests, but ONE of the beds seemed to have clean sheets.
This hotel needs some renovations! I stayed here for a night with mainly reason this hotel offered Tesla Destination Charger. Hallways to your room and interior were pretty dated. Staffs were really polite and helpful. Checking-in/out was fast.
Very nice hotel close to the airport. Bonvoy! Internet enabled TV with sleep timer. My room had a fridge. I didn't get to test Wi-Fi stability, but posted about 5Mbps up and down. Very friendly staff.
I (Ciara Thomas)am writing in regards to your very unprofessional, condescending and rude manager Jason. As I arrived at the airport I called and requested a shuttle, I was told to go to exit 18. I waited and hour and 1 minute although I was told 10 minutes by Jason. Upon arrival I approached the desk were Jason was and wasn t greeted at all (please pull recording). I stated hello I m looking to possibly check in early and Jason said I don t know can you . I took it joking at first or even trying to make conversation. Jason informed me that he s adding an additional $100 for a deposit, $50 per night. I informed him I wasn t aware of that fee not from the website nor from the representative when booking the room. Jason shrugged his shoulders and stated well that s what it is. I flew in from Virginia and wasn t prepared for the extra fee that I wasn t informed of when booking. I asked could he possibly waive just 1 fee being that I was staying multiple nights. He stated no in a very harsh manner. Jason showed no empathy at all. I stated to him please allow me to check surrounding hotels I ll be right back, Jason then says I can cancel it for you now . I stated I ll be right back, returned and asked multiple times for my total and wasn t given the exact total! I asked his name and also asked if he was the manager, he stated he was the manager. Jason was then asked if another manager was available, he stated no and then I asked for corporates number and it was refused! I have photos of the room I was given (Horrible condition). To top EVERYTHING off my room smells like sewage. Jason told me it s because we haven t rented the room in a while, run water in the shower and the smell will go away . This is room 617. Please follow up with me immediately in regards to these issue.
What a beautiful and spacious venue! Loved the lighting, they adhered to social distancing for the event I attended and the bathrooms were clean. It's a shame the restaurant was closed but I think they had beers for sale at the gift shop or front to drink In the lounge if you wanted. I did take a star off because the power went off 3 times during our event.
Small bathrooms, starting to show some age in general. Staff are always amazing ! Had issue with keys on check in. Returned to desk, huge apologizes ( he did not break door) but was great to hear. Had to send engineering up. They let me in, fixed door very quietly while I had meetings. No one could hear anything. Super nice and polite staff!! Needs more food options. Dinner always seems like it is closed but mainly not staffed great.
Just your average hotel. It was near the airport but I never heard too many planes if at all. The interior looks well decorated. I wish they ads on their website matched the actual hotel standards however. The official website ensured there would be free continental breakfast like most hotels. However once arriving we were informed everything on the breakfast menu has a price. We were promised a sofa in our double room to no avail. It's still a high class hotel, I just wish it had the amenities your standard Marriot or Red Roof Inn provided.
Just arrived at our king room... not one inch bigger than our queen bed in spare bedroom at home. When I called the front desk, I was assured this is a king room... seriously? How do you ever get return business??? Never staying here again.
