This is by far one of the very comfortable places to stay in Dubai. The staff is always helpful and the food is great too. It has all the conveniences and facilities of a * hotel.

Stayed here to celebrate the end of 2020. Such an amazing hotel. Good service, great customer care . Enjoyed it tremendously. Will be staying with them or their associate brand from now.

Hotel in in an area under development.
Staff is great only 2 restaurant are open.
You need a car or taxi from this hotel.
No walking area.overall good.

Unbelievable price compared to other hotels in Dubai , great service amazing price and unique location, to Dubai mall 10 minutes to wafi mall 5 minutes city center mall 10 minutes

Staff was sweet. Hotel room was nice. In-room dining was not available which was a bummer. Otherwise it was an okay experience. Bathroom was great

Seafood night, the food was excellent and delicious, but mostly was cold even the soup, the staff were friendly & professional but there's an obvious shortage of staff.
We enjoyed this night and spend a lovely time.
Overall experience was good.

I stayed here for more than a month and the services are good. Especially the housekeeping service by Jeffrey and Nityanand was perfect. I never had to mention anything. Breakfast has good variety including Indian food. It is a serene place except that it's at outskirts so you need to take cab for everything. However, through Careems, life became easier, we could easily get cabs within 2-5 min.

I stayed in a suite and it was spacious with good ventilation and ample of direct sunlight.

Below average food. Service left much to be desired. A good arrangement was made to accommodate our group of 14 people given the Covid restrictions. Last time I had been there the service and the food was much better...
