12 miles from the airport with free shuttle. Friendly staff and the rooms are up to usual Marriott standard with comfortable bedding. An exception is the in-room entertainment system, which needs to be updated to the current standard with Netflix and YouTube.

The drain in the tub must of been blocked up a bit because the water would not go down fast enough, so much that it backed up and left residue on the floor of it. Meaning guest number 2 couldn't shower next without wiping the floor down to clean it themselves.

Also, like what kind of room doesnt have a mini fridge or microwave?

Then... no coffee cups, not enough creamer, and the conceige gave me coffee lids that didnt fit the new cups.

1 star is for the white sheets being really clean and smelling wonderful.

Another star is for a comfortable bed and great form fitting pillows.

Though, I had a king sized bedroom reserved and I got a double bed. I prepaid, so it shouldn't have mattered how late i check-in if I was still within the check-in times. The wife and I slept in different beds.

Not to mention, I had to keep yelling to the back room to get the attention of the front desk personnel because no one was manning it and they had no bell/ringer.

Also, parking in Marriott's parking lot costs 8$ a day and no blow dryer in the bathroom.

After a good nights sleep we came out to the front parking lot and found that our van had been broken into, the front door lock broken and the side window smashed. My boyfriend is an electrician....ALL of his tools were stolen. We stayed at this hotel because it was hosting a vendor seminar. The hotel has NO parking lot security and absolutely does not care that this happened on their property. They should warn people before leaving their cars there. Apparently, this has been a problem since 2007. Be sure to ask at all Marriott hotels if it is safe to park your vehicle under a street light in the front of their building. They will assume no responsibility if your car is vandalized or if your possessions are removed.

The rooms themselves were excellent. The issue came with the night staffing--they accepted a whole plane of American passengers that were delayed, and were completely overwhelmed. It took us 20 minutes to check us paying customers in. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful.

Checked in about noon; the process was ok. The agent may have been new as she didn't know to process the credit card for incidentals. Titanium status wasn't recognized. When asked about an upgrade, no response was given. The agent just handed me the keys and sent me on my way. She didn't tell me where the elevators were; did not explain what the coupon was that was included with the keys; did not inform me that there was an executive lounge or what the hours of the lounge were; where the gym was; or did not confirm my late checkout.

My room was very far from the elevator, around two corners. The agent must have missed the note in my profile requesting rooms close to the elevator. The room was a standard room with 2 double beds. Beds and beddings were great. Great nights sleep. The room comes with a refrigerator. No microwave. Great office desk. Small couch. No view. The restroom was standard with tub with the usual Thann toiletries.

The executive/concierge lounge is open for breakfast at 6 AM & evening appetizers at 5:30 PM on Sundays-Thursdays. On Wednesday, 5/22/19, food wasn't served until 6 PM, after I went downstairs as well as call from my room, to ask if food was being served that day. Food was ok. Salad, a type of baked chicken wings with a bit of breast attached, brown rice, cheese plate. There were coffee cups, but no coffee. The 2nd day was a bit better. The food was served on time and coffee was being served. A filet of some fish with mashed potatoes and salad was served. Breakfast was better than most free breakfasts. The first day had wet scrambled eggs and bacon & the second day had sausage and eggs. Oatmeal, boiled eggs, and pastries were also served.

I went downstairs and tried to clarify what the coupon with the keys was for. The agent didn't know and told me to go to the restaurant to ask there. The restaurant staff didn't know either. It turned out to be a free breakfast coupon for the lobby restaurant. They had a few more additional items served, like a chili dish as well as an omelet station. Service was attentive.

Checkout was a bit odd. Late checkout was at 4 PM. I came back from work shortly before to gather my belongings. I knew the key wouldn't work so I had asked the front desk for a new one. I went up and the key didn't work. I came back down to get it fixed. The agent attempted to fix the key and also called engineering to come up to assist me in case the key didn't work. The key didn't work, but engineering came shortly to assist me in getting in.

Overall, an average stay. I would stay again.

The Marriott has great rooms and is very close to the airport. The front desk staff always has a smile and will go out of their way to help if you have special requests. Will absolutely stay there on my next trip to DIA.

Absolutely terrible! I had a reservation for a 2 bed room. When I got there, I was given the keys for a 1 bed room. After going back to the lobby and requesting the 2 bed room that I had paid for, I was informed that there were multiple sports teams that came and my room was given away. No accommodations were made and I was forced to find another hotel. Very disappointing service!!!

I stayed here for a few nights while attending a work conference in the hotel. The rooms were wonderful, smelled nice, and everything functioned properly. The staff was extremely accommodating and very professional. Very close to several restaurants as well. Overall I would definitely return.

Hotel is nice, front desk staff was great. Rooms a little dated but still comfortable and clean. Only downside is that the shuttle runs slow. Every other marriott property runs multiple shuttles to 1 for the marriott gateway

Great location to denver airport. The bed was extremely comfortable. Clean quiet room. Several restaurants in the immediate area. Will return again without a doubt. Staff was extremely friendly and check in was easy!

Its decent price and modern atmosphere is pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and clean but bathrooms could be better. Sliding door gives no real privacy. Also walls could use a bit more sound proofing, can hear every time someone exits there room near you or walks down the hall as well as alot of thumping from upper floor.

I was here for a conference. The place is very clean. It was also nicely decorated. They had plenty of parking. The staff was friendly. The meeting rooms and conference rooms were very nice.
I definitely recommend this place.

We were a late arrival to come in from airport and planned to sleep 5 or 6 hours before our 9 hour drive home. Called front desk many times for shuttle and they said he left at 5 am and it was already 630 am. Other shuttles said they were known for this kind of service. Finally we decided they weren't going to pick us up so my wife and 2 kids plus myself went and had to sleep in airport. We got home after some other mess ups from car rental place and they charged us for a room we never stepped a foot into their property. I expect more from a place like marriott and will never use them again.

One of the better hotels in the area. I only stayed the night and had to be up early. Check in was a breeze and the host was very helpful with information and getting us to the airport via their shuttle. You share it with others right inb the area so make sure they put you on the list. It leaves every half hour. Rooms were what you would expect in a higher end hotel. Beds and linens where very nice. Clean. I wasn't able to use any amenities but they have many. I travel to Denver often and plan on staying here again.

Very easy check in on a really late night for my family. The restaurant was very good and the fact the kitchen is open until midnight was great. Shuttle to the airport was on time and helpful.

While the hotel gives the elusion of state of the art, this is hardly the case. My parents and I have to stay here for four nights. And on our first night house keeping had to be called 4 times! there were no sheets on the bed! No Kleenex, Only two very small towels, and the televisions were missing remotes. I ended up sleeping on a cot because the pull out beds mattress was paper thin and I could literally feel the metal rods that support the bed. For a hotel room that rates are $3XX a night I am very dissatisfied. Dont waste your time or money with this hotel if at all possible
