This is the place to shop for jewelry! My wife bought my wedding band here and she was treated like a queen, I even got a chain and necklace from them. But I had to go back because the chain broke and to be honest I was a little hesitant because I didn't know if they would take care of it but they fixed it for free and I was treated like a king! Ray and Oscar were wonderful! As a professional athlete I can shop anywhere and spend any amount but Marquise Jewelers is my go to place for jewelry.........ps I even bought a wedding present for my wife! Update: I had the bracelet shipped out of state. It ended up being too big for the person I bought it for. I returned to the store & wasn't sure if they would make the adjustments for me(b/c I didn't have a extended warranty). They took care of it w/o any hassle or issues. Some places don't want to be bothered after they take your money. But I still feel like a valued customer here a month after making my purchase. & I'm glad they take customer satisfaction seriously.

When we first came to Marquis, we had already been shopping for rings all day (and been researching for a couple of months. We gave Zeshan specific requirements and our budget of what we were looking for and we didn t want to feel like we were being sold to (Avoid Robbins Brothers at all cost is you want to avoid being pressured). He did so! Not once trying to upsale us and worked with us will we found what we wanted with no pressure.

I was so pleased with the staff, Fred, the manager Ray, and Nicole. They all were beyond helpful. They would even stay after hours to make sure all was taken care of with financing. I have bought one wedding band from Mr. Fred and then he ordered a custom mount for a marquis style amethyst I brought in. I still have one more ring I am purchasing from Marquis Jewelers in November. I know I will return to Mr. Fred and the rest of the staff when the one year anniversary comes around.
