Marquise Jewelers Review

I was casually looking at watches while at Stonebriar Centre Mall and I stumbled into Marquise Jeweler for the very first time and had an amazing experience! I had been looking to purchase a new Tissot watch and Oscar and Ray were so courteous, personable, and offered me a great deal I couldn't refuse! I've shopped at many retailers both locally owned and large corporate companies, and I've got to give to Marquise Jewelers for their awesome service as well as working with me on offering a reasonable and superb deal! I highly recommend this fine jewler if looking for great deals and excellent service while shopping for your next piece of jewelry. Both Oscar and Ray set the bar high for other retailers to follow! Keep up the awesome customer service!

my fiance and i were looking for a unique set of wedding rings. we had been to every jewelry store in the mall and a few outside and, while we found a few we liked, the prices and variety left a TON to be desired. once we hit Marquise, the service, collaboration and OPTIONS for custom ring design were more than we could ever have hoped for. Both Ray Patel (General manager) and Rick Rupani (sales rep) were kind, thoughtful, didn't pressure us and ultimately helped us find beautiful rings at a great price. What more can you ask for??

This is the best experience I ever had with a Jeweler. Ray at the Frisco store went the extra mile to find a diamond that perfectly met our needs, had the patience to explain the basics and did not rush us to make a decision. They also have excellent designs and my ring turned out to be truly a custom designed experience. I have got several compliments in just a day of wearing the new ring. We would definitely go with Marquise for our future diamond jewelry needs. They are very competitively priced and also provide certification for their diamonds. Truly an excellent experience.

I absolutely love this place! I had yet another fantastic experience at Marquise Jewelers. Not only is this one of the finest looking Jewelry stores around, but they truly have the best customer service! I feel that they always have my best interests in mind. Today is my 10 year wedding anniversary and I really wanted to get something nice for my beautiful sweetheart without breaking the bank. Once again, Marquise Jewelers pulled through leaving my wife happy (jewelry) and me, once again extremely happy (price and service). Fred and Dave were phenomenal! Honestly, I cannot say enough about their service. They were both extremely kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Marquise Jewelers has everything you d want in a Jewelry Store! Whether it s for a birthday, anniversary, Christmas or just because, you need to go check these guys out. This is my one stop, go-to jewelry store and with employees like Fred and Dave, it always will be. I very highly recommend!!

It s me and my wife s 15 year s anniversary this month and we just had an excellent experience when we dropped by Marquise jewelers. We were just looking around for an anniversary gift to each other and guess what we went home with the most perfect gift... thanks to Mr Fred Kentish and Z. Parpia for helping out.

We had an issue with a particular salesman during our first trip to the store. When the manager found out how we were treated he went above and beyond to reach out to us and make things right and took steps to make sure it wouldn't happen to anyone else. Many stores would have carried on with business as usual, especially since it was our first time shopping with them and we are hardly a big spending regular. He demonstrated that at Marquise ALL clients are equally valuable.

The people there were very nice. Nicole was very nice!

Got excellent customer service from Harry. As soon as I came in the store, he gave all his attention to me when I told him I needed a wedding ring. He asked me what kind of ring I was looking for and showed me several options to choose from. He was really helpful and helped me find a ring in my budget. Best customer service ever. Got my engagement ring from here last year as well. Everyone there is really helpful.

I had a great experience working with Nicole. She worked patiently with me for the past 2 weeks, on upgrading my ring. Everything was done over the phone because I live in Georgia but got a referral about Marquise Jewelers. I shipped my ring to the Frisco location, they worked with it and yesterday got my ring with my new diamond back and WOW. After 35 years of marriage I finally upgraded my diamond for a beautiful 2.93 carat solitaire. The financing they offered was with no interest and got lifetime warranty included with my purchase. Thank you Ms.Nicole for all your help. Making a big purchase without seeing the items first can definitely be daunting but the team at Marquise Jewelers made the entire process effortless and I cannot be happier with the final product!

I was referred to Marquise Jewelers by a friend of mine who had a great experience there. I m glad to say my experience was very pleasant as well. Fred was very attentive from beginning to end. My husband bought a Warranty for our wedding rings set, that was in 2011 at The Valley View mall, and I had my two rings with a diamond piece lost, I was so worried because that place doesn t exists any more
