No respect from recruiter , Interviewer , HR and all . Thier offer letter seems too wierd .They mention that only when we get deployed at client project , we get the salary what we have negotiated at HR discussion .Until then they pay only some random number in thier mind which is too less
Over all company is okay but not right or appropriate place for a particular person or purpose who wants to learn new things or technologies.

One of my friend had given interview. He got offer letter also but they didn't give the expected salary. My friend just wanted to understand the salary structure because it was not clear. HR was not reachable , the number provided by company was not correct , and One HR's number was there but he was not picking up the calls & also not replying to any email. And when he picked up he was said something and then the manager(not related to the HR team) called and said a different thing and also his behaviour was very rude. And he asked my friend to either accept the offer or leave it without much clarifications and hung up on him. if HR will not clarify the doubts then who will clarify we don't understand.. And the very next day they mailed that offer letter is withdrawn .
Worst HRs and Management... pathetic behaviour towards the candidates...
Worst interview experience. Went for java, SpringBoot. Told me to wait for 1hour before interview and after interview. Then told me leave for the day. If it is a scheduled interview on week days then why are making to wait for an hour. And the interview person (girl) itself doesn't know anything. Too much attitude. They are not in a mood to shortlist anyone. Simply waste of time. Don't go for week days especially, they took interview as per their convenience. CHANAKYA HR of marlabs. The WASTE guy. Told to wait for 2mins after the interview is done, but didn't give any respond for more than 1 hour. After I communicate further with receptionist he told from his seat itself to receptionist I can leave for the day. You could have told about this before itself know? No manarism at all.
Please don't join this company..Worst HR management and full of fake ppl over ter..please change marlabs to Lierslab.

It's well maintained tech park, I actually been there for Marlabs. Other than traffic everything seems to be good
I would have given negative rating if possible. I was selected for the position of Senior Executive at Marlabs and offer was sent to me on late Monday evening i.e. 28th October 2019. But the salary mentioned in the annexure was not the same as was discussed with me. There was one number with me of an HR who was travelling the very same day told his decision makers to increase my salary n asked me not to join on Wednesday but then never received my calls for the clarifications required on the salary structure.. The number provided in the email was reaching to some Sequel logistics company..the Manager who interviewed me calls me up on Tuesday Evening and tells me to either accept the offer or decline it and hangs up without listening to what I was explaining..rubbish organisation and first learn how to treat your candidates...don't join here...bunch of craps...
Please don't join this company..worst management and the ppl over ter r so rude,there is no job security..they will hire yu fa permanent role nd will deploy to their client..once the prjct gets over with their client they will not inform us,suddenly they will deactivate all yur credentials and will throw out..pls be careful..full of fake ppl..
