Marlena (the owner) is a master of hair design. Others, like Kiri and Daniella, are also very good -- especially with color. Salon is nicely decorated and comfortable. A bit pricey, but this IS hunterdon county.
I saw Cori for a short pixie cut. It was a quick cut and she did exactly what I asked for. I am so happy I took a chance going to a new spot. Highly recommend going to her, she was very fast and professional.
Tayler did my hair last week and I have never been happier! My highlights look perfect and after going to numerous stylists who did not make me light enough, she listened to what I wanted and executed! Can't wait to come back!
I love this salon! Both my Mom and I have gone here for years. Every single stylist there is an expert in their field. I ve never had a bad service or experience there. Simply the best!
Not a great place...not warm or inviting very get them in get them out... and the kicker you can't leave the tip with the payment! I thought they were joking until they all looked down their noses to me and said they were serious. I really hate to give them my business.. love my stylist but not the place or atmosphere
I have been going to Danielle Smith at Markirk for 10 years and she does a perfect job each and every time. I have recommended Danielle to friends and each of them has loved her and become a repeat client. Marlena (co-owner) is often present and she is wonderful as well!
My first visit to Markirk Salon was an extremely positive one. My stylist, Tayler, took the time to hear my thoughts, gave me positive feedback along with her professional suggestions. Love my cut and style! Definitely going back to Tayler! Highly reccomend!
