Dealing with Janice was an amazing experience. She was very helpful with in person meetings and on the phone conversation. Throughout the negotiations my mom and I felt no pressure to lease a new car. She was knowledgeable of the products and demonstrated sincere professionalism at all times. Upon closing the transaction I was introduced to their general manager Gavin and the financial manager Tom.The kind of honesty and integrity the team exhibits is a rare quality to be found, I really appreciate all the efforts from the team! I recently bought a used CR-V from Markham Honda. Season handle the case and I found him to be a professional, patient efficient and knowledgeable person. He is also very helpful. I forgot an item in the car I left there and he diligently got it back for me. The Financial Service Manager, Danish Paracha, is also patient, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Dennis is amazing!! He never tried to pressure us in buying our vehicle until we were ready. Anytime I needed him, he was always available by text and phone. He made our purchase a great experience. We will definitely be using him again next year when we purchase a second vehicle.

Omid from the service department here is very helpful. He works efficiently and is extremely knowledgeable. Had an issue with someone giving us misinformation and Omid was able to resolve this issue quickly. I would highly recommend looking for him if you visit, he is honest and considerate.

My lease was coming due and I was put in contact with Janice Jiang of Markham Honda. She was excellent! She walked my wife and I through a bunch of different options for renewing and we ended up with a fantastic deal on a new Civic for my growing family. She checked with her manager multiple times to make sure we were getting the best deal possible and I truly believe we walked a way with a great bang for our buck. Went in to get the car safetied.

- The service was quick.
- The waiting area was clean and spacious for customers to wait while the car is getting serviced.
- The rep was Simon Clarke. He explained everything before and after the car got serviced. So if you re a new car owner like I am or enjoy great service I d suggest to book your next appointment with Simon or just at this specific location (nobody rolled their eyes at my awkward self/questions).

It was a good first experience. I will definitely go back to this dealership for servicing. Keep it up!

It can be intimidating getting a new car especially when you don t know what questions to ask or all the details required throughout the process. As someone who has purchased a car several times this is the first time I felt sooooo comfortable and at ease with the entire process. Blair was an absolute superstar, extremely patient and looked out for my best interest while answering all my questions and relieving me of any doubts I may have had. I also dealt with Fiona who was equally as patient, kind, understanding while looking out for my best interest. If you are going to Markham Honda I would highly highly suggest working with Blair and Fiona!!
