MarketStar is a great place to work. It is not for everyone though. If you are willing to overcome the challenges that come with a quickly evolving landscape you will do great. You make it what you want it to be. It is not perfect but there are no perfect employers out there. The 4 pillars are amazing if you internalize them into your personal life.

My first year working here but I feel like I have been treated fairly and that I am valued at this company. They strive to take care of my family's basic needs so that I can focus on doing solid work. Looking forward to more opportunities with MarketStar!

Everything was OK until Marketstar changed their compensation plan mid quarter, after I had already delivered 330% of my quota. Was expecting a big paycheck! They ripped me off for over $8k!! Filed a claim with the Utah Division of Labor.

They never return my emails or phone calls. Only thing I have to say about it.

Great company and great people! Most importantly great leaders with great values and very responsive to company needs. The values this company believes and practices is great for the community and their workforce. Go Marketstar!!!!
