The best in lodging treatment and facilities, 100% recommended

Good place for vacations but it takes more attention to some fetalles in room cleaning but good hotel good food.

fun and safe! lots of family orientated entertainment. We had a 2 bedroom room with 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs. Lots of pools, but the ocean is so warm.

Love it here. Getting a bit tired but as members we love to go to Main Tai area to eat and sit at the beach. Well maintained. Great for families. Staff is awesome.

Excellent place very comfortable, very good food. Attention clean rooms and meals the reception very good and the animators lupita and I read that they are kind and attentive. With us.....

Last year was better, today I feel it was not worth it, the Italian restaurant dropped a lot of quality in food, even desserts seem improvised, the cuts that were included now have prices above 600 pesos, the room being the I received it without drinks in the frigobar, only water.
In food the buffets are similar but the seasoning also changed.
Just to compare, 5 times I asked for a drink that was not on the sign, the last one, bartender David told me, I can't prepare it, only the ones that are advertised. While everyone else worried about what it was, one of them whose name I couldn't see, even had a list of all possible drinks.

Next year I will choose another hotel.

We have stayed several times at this resort but this time the quality has dropped dramatically. If you are a non smoker, please be aware that this resort does NOT have designated areas for smoking guests. You will be exposed to smoking people everywhere and even around kids. It made it very difficult for our family to enjoy our vacation trip.

Location is approx. 20mins from the air port. We got checked in within 10mins of arrival and was given a welcome Margarita and a Co towel. We had the grande room and was given gold wristbands. We got to our room and it was nice. We weren't sure about being on the ground level but the only complaint is the noise. Buffet is okay, nothing special. Have yet to try an a la carte.

Everything was superb! The people were amazing. The resort was superb. The sites were remarkable! I woild do that more then once.

Food too salty, and not very presentable. Except pizzas, ice cream and desserts. They always have American coffee, and it is a point in their favor.

We stayed at the Marival Residences... Most excellent place to unwind and relax. But if you fancy adventure, they have a strong relationship with Vallarta Adventures which can hook you up with the best excursion. Then come back to a spacious room, great food, drinks and the excellent pool. We will be back..

Great place for families. The staff is great and the amenities and theme nights are so good. It was my families first time here and I would definitely come back.

The facilities are not bad, old rooms, no elevator, no iron or ironing board, the dryer falls, the pillows and quilts smell bad and do not change, the food is not good, the service is terrible, terrible attention, The capacity of the buffet restaurant (the only one that is open for all the guests) is null, very long rows to get a table.

Although this remodeling, lack privacy in the toilets of the rooms, there is also where to hang towels and / or clothes in the shower .... I appreciate the response received, I miss being an observer to see the details in the shower area. In the case of privacy in sanitary ware, it is because the doors do not close completely, however the remodeling in itself seemed very good, the bathrooms are neater. Use the concierge service a couple of times and the response was excellent. In general we enjoyed the stay very much.

This place is wonderful food events but they wrap you with lies so that you get your membership and then they charge you for many. Things even if you are not using it they disen you

Amazing resort. My favorite place to vacation in Mexico. The qualify of the staff, level of care, and their attention to detail is unmatched. When they call it a luxury resort, that is an understatement.

The truth is that I am left with a bad experience, a lot of priority is given to foreign people who tell the national why, when you are going to book the restaurants, they are already booked because they know how many days and there is no place, I play bad experience that lobby staff booked him in the a la carte restaurants and that same day I went and there was no place ...

It was good stuff, the amount of pushing to buy timeshares was a bit much, though it username everyone in this area is trying to sell you a timeshare.

I JUST COMEBACK FROM THAT HOTEL,WAS WORSE VACATION IN MY LIFE...ONLY GOOD PART IS THE ROOM AND ROOM SERVICE,FOOD EWWWWW,PEOPLE THAT WORK AT FRONT DESK NOT FRIENDLY NO SMILE...NO PLACE AT THE BEACH OR POOL.KIDS SHOULD STAY AT THE KIDS POOL BUT NOOO,THEY ALL DAY IN.POOL IS DURY ,OMG NEVER SEE ANYTHING LIKE THAT,WASTE MY MONEY AND GET SICK ,COME BACK WITH GERMS.ALL I WANT TO SAY DO NOOOOOT GO THERE.

The perfect food and the facilities too, but when it comes to the worst drinks, they give you the cheapest and worst and require you to increase your membership so that they can give you a better service, for which you are already paying, and the Very shortened restaurant and bar hours throughout the hotel! But the people who serve are very friendly and responsible!

Excellent service. Comfortable and well maintained housing units. Plenty of food but the dishes at the pool bar are more successful than those of the dining room to improve them in terms of flavors. The sights of the dishes are impressive

The excellent facilities, the attention within the restaurants very good and the food generally rich, but a terrible hospitality on the part of the staff that greets you upon arrival. Overall we weren't made to feel welcome, if you're Mexican be prepared to be treated like rabble by reception staff.

The place is beautiful and it is very clean. The staff is attentive and warm. I would only say that it is necessary to remodel room furniture and I did not like that when I arrived they could give me a daily fee for renting the safe in the room and for the wifi. The food of the specialty restaurants is spectacular !!! Yes, I'll be back!

Fun time at the resort. Everything was amazing; from the food to the service. Only 4 stars because they asked a nice couple and their 2 very well behaved dogs to leave the beach area. The couple was extremely sweet and the dogs were very good. They weren't bothering anyone. I would definitely return, but would like to see them more accepting of well behaved dogs.

The facilities are elegant and in good condition. The service is good and the treatment is friendly. It has different common areas. They offer nightly shows. The quality of the meals is from regular to good.

If you are looking for a hotel with excellent facilities, service and all-inclusive price marival has it just love it.

My partner and I have had the pleasure of staying here twice over the past few years. The staff is friendly and approachable, the grounds are clean and well-landscaped, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend that you take advantage of the A La Cartes (you can make reservations at 3 over every 7-day period). Also, be sure to check out La Pergola for breakfasts: they have a delicious assortment of omelettes, and the chilaquiles are fantastic!

Visited the theater to see the frozen show with my kids. It was a great time excepts for the bar.

I love this place. Best beach and family atmosphere ever. I gave it 4 stars because the beds are almost unbearable. I literally have bruises. These beds are not meant for side sleepers. Pay the extra money to stay at the residences. The beds and food are well worth it.
