This place is an absolute joke. My dad was taken by ambulance to the hospital in the morning for not being able to breathe and being super nauseous , after they had finished everything in the E.R. He explained to them he would have to wait for a ride and it may take a little bit, he asked to lay in the bed or at least wait in the waiting room. They would not allow him to they told him to get dressed and walk down the hall. My mind is absolutely blown that you would even consider wanting someone to walk all the way down a hallway when he had told them that he gets winded walking far, and WENT TO THE HOSPITAL FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATHE. he made it halfway down the hall and had to ask a nurse for a wheelchair. They wheeled him out and made my nauseous winded father sit by the door to wait for a ride for 30! minutes. I understand why this place has such bad reviews if you can don t go here!!!

Ok bare with me. I have a surgery coming up (different hospital), originally the 8th. But was post poned the 15th. I had to get a lab done 5 days before the 8th. I went in and got it done, then my surgery was post poned. I was told I would have to take a second one for the surgery on the 15th. I was asked if I had even taken a lab for the 8th. I told them I did, and they told me they never got it. I called MGH and told me they had it and it was ready and they'd send it over. Like bruh it's too late, I'm coming in to do another one though. I was told if I didn't take the lab, I'd have to pay for it the day of surgery. So I go in on the 11th and get the lab done. Good. Today, the 14th, the day before my surgery, I get a call, explaining details of surgery and everything, and then they asked, did you get the lab done? They didn't send it again. Had she not asked, I would have to pay for a lab tomorrow.

I had a hysterectomy on May 12th and my nurses were so nice and helpful. One nurse in particular Debbie was so kind and helpful and just amazing. Thank you all for your help and kindness.

DONT GO WAST OF TIME THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUGHT YOUR LIFE I waited for four hours for my grandfather to be dischared In 90 degree weather wich by the way we wernt allowed to go inside and stay cool .I am pretty shure if i didnt storm up there and yell at them they would have putzd around all day long and make an excuse for why my grandfather cant be discharged . if i had to choose between death and going to that hospital i would choise death in a heartbeet no hesitation the manegment is terribe

They all took excellent care of me in the ER. I am so thankful for each and every one of them. I had excellent medical care. I am so grateful for MGH in our town. I was treated with compassion, respect, empathy integrity, and excellent medical care. You all make a difference in our lives.

Wouldn't go there unless absolutely nessasary. They don't listen apparently or care. Tried to kill my ex husband.

I went in for vomiting blood and passing out. Been having stomach problems for the last 6 years. The er RN guy name Micheal, raised his voice to me and said I wasn't complying even though I was answering all his questions and i wasn't being rude or anything, I let them do whatever they needed to do. Long story short got the same response the last time, all they did was draw blood and pregnancy test, nothing else but that took 3 hours....no answers... said I was fine. Even showed them photos and evidence of everything that was going on. NOTHING WAS DONE!

I went in with bad pain under my left rib cage. They ran every test but wouldn't listen to me about what I was feeling. It saddens me to say that the nurse didn't care and I think nurses are great. The Doctor acted like I was wasting her time. This is Saturday two days later and still hurting. Gave me nothing for pain. I am 70 years old with a bad heart. You would think that they would care a little more.

They did not care About the well being of a three-year-old they seem more annoyed that I was a concerned parent than wanting to answer my questions. I waited in there about an hour and a 1/2 they told me it's gonna be a 45 minute wait and I saw multiple people leave before me even though I was there before them. So I Did confront them on this all they had to say was that their sports physicals and they go faster and admitted that they're going out of order. My three-ye
ar-old has an ear infection and hes really upset and I'm just concerned mom.i told the doctor and she was very rude about the whole thing and told me I can leave and go talk to the front about it. I told her I just want my son taken care of. She continues to be very rude during the whole process and seemed not to even have my sons well being .
