Just got my hearing aids after procrastinating for far too long. Every single person I interacted with here was incredibly kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. It makes me wish I would have gone here much sooner. They helped find the best fit for my hearing needs and budget and never once tried to upsell or get more money out of me which is even more appreciated with such a significant purchase. I am truly thankful for for them.

I was fitted for a set of Westone hearing protection. The doctor was quick, yet thorough, answered all of my questions, and my hearing protection has made a world of difference when attending concerts.

From the moment I walked into the Marion Downs Center I was treated very well! I got help from the front desk lady who helped me with my insurance forms and got the paper work right to me with no problems. I was greeted by Dr. Caleb Kronen, and spent my whole appointment. No assistant handoffs, just one on one focus from the doctor who ran all his own tests. They had a really clean update to date space with very modern high tech equipment and testing gadgets. I wish all my doctors measured eve half as much information as they did at Marion Downs Center. My hearing was checked and I was measured for custom ear plugs plugs for work (dentistry) and musician in-ear monitors for recording and shows. Overall great experience with a very educated and tight knit team! Definitely found my new home and Dr. Kronen is committed to the practice and helping musicians take car of their audiology health!
