Small park, no species-appropriate attitude (yes, species-appropriate, there are only in the great outdoors, I know). We could see a show, the animals are only sorry. They will be provided after the shows for photos. We have seen dolphins from a distance, they are shown only for show, otherwise they have to swim with people who pay a lot of money for it. All in all, I am disappointed and startled. Please do not go!

Absolutely brilliant day. Nice small walkable park. Trainers show care, love, passion and compassion for the animals they work with. English lady in reception was very helpful and friendly. All staff are welcoming although they are not keen on you taking your own photos of the experiences, we had one male staff member stand infront of me blocking my view of my husband feeding the birds. Picture prices are reasonable 7 or 12 for photos or just 20 for a photo with a dolphin. Brilliant memories and once in a life time moments. Loved the day

I loved the park. I do not recommend for people who do not want to see shows or swim with dolphins because it is really small, it can be visited in just 20 minutes. But if you want to see shows or swim with dolphins it's worth it! I swam with the dolphins and I recommend 100%, the staff are lovely and pay close attention to you they are so complicit with the dolphins, it was unforgettable. We took pictures and a video, it was a bit pricey but the video we got is great and it's a great memory!

Fairly nice, especially for children. Shows could be longer or breaks between them should be shorter, because there is nothing to do between shows. You can eat something, see reptiles and birds, but nothing more. Anyway our 5-years son was really glad seeing sea lion, dolphins or interesting parrot show.

PLEASE STOP SUPPORTING CAPTIVE WILD ANIMALS!!!! These poor dolphins, etc. deserve a life in the wild, not couped up in a tiny pen where they are forced to interact with people all day. Shame on you if this is your idea of fun. Go snorkeling or scuba diving. It's 2017, we shouldn't still be holding wild animals captive for our entertainment!!!!

Loved the dolphin show most of all. Reptile section is nice, and we liked feeding budgies. Parrots were having a day off but who blames them in this heat we were just bummed a bit because they aren't doing any sealion shows which used to be awesome

Not at all ...! Just The 16 will go completely safe for the employees on it - the poor critters have no place to live everything too tight! The shows are supervised by complete amateurs, who present the cruel musical accompaniment too loud! The only shady places - families can use to rest - are at the same time the smoker islands ... is not to be outclassed at Kleverness ... here still some billions from the EU must be pumped into this Malta to create similar conditions - summary: The dolphin show is all in OK, especially because of the view of the open sea but rather go swimming with your children!

I definitely do not recommend it. The ticket costs 16 euros, the animals (dolphins and sea lions) are closed outside the shows, so parrots and turtles are left to watch. There was no sea lion show - catwalk under renovation, only photos - of course for an extra charge. As the photos didn't pay off, you couldn't even get to see the animal

Went there for friend's birthday. Was a good experience and they are very knowledgeable on the animals keep there but I feel the animals could be kept in better conditions when not in a show as they seemed to be housed in small, cramped conditions.

For children, a great place, but the only minus is the fact that between shows, unfortunately, you have to wait a little up to 1.5 hours and at this time you can not be interested in anything for a long time ...

Swim with Dolphins is the money worth and the best attraction there. If you want pictures, bring a friend with you, or you have to pay around 10 per picture. Else, the park is small and the food not tasty.

Amazing how many attractions were accommodated in a small space, shows of parrots, sea lions and dolphins are by far the most attractive points of the program, while pictures with animals in my opinion are expensive especially with dolphins not to talk about swimming with these animals (pleasure costs from 100 euros up and you have completed 8 years and swim very well. If you are with children it is an obligatory attraction.

My 5 stars certainly go for the presence of the different animals in the park, like the dolphins that are truly wonderful, the sea lions also beautiful and the shows are all very interesting. I must say, however, that some areas of the park are really neglected. The staff is very kind and very knowledgeable.

Nice place and staff are enthusiastic and friendly. You can tell they care a lot for the abimals under theri care. Only downside is the added extras which seem to be forced on you at times. 20euro for 1 photo is very expensive

We used our Malta discount card to get in and with that it was worth visiting. The shows were excellent albeit aside from them there isn't a massive amount else. The animals and enclosures are well kept, and we would return again in future :)

Absolutely Fantastic! The sealion and the dolphin shows are the main attraction. The shows were very well presented and engaging. The kids got to take pictures taken with the dolphins for a small fee. There is also an exotic birds show after which you can feed the birds. They have a good collection of animals. Amazing place to visit with kids. They can get close to most of the animals and experience them first hand. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a lovely day.

This was my first time in marine park and I'll never go there again. Looking at this water circus just made me cry:/ Just thinking that these animals real home is just behind the gate.... sea is so close... It's easy to see how unhappy these poor sea lions, dolphins or parrots are. I'm against keeping an animals in captivity.
I saw dolphins, killer whales and sea lions in their natural habitat before and there's nothing more beautiful than that- seeing them free and happy.

What you see in marine parks it's not these animals natural behavior! No dolphin in a wild will jump or make a flip just cause you told him to!

What marine parks don't say is that they drag and starve animals before the show to keep them more ,,motivated" for performance. This is just strict abuse!

Lovely little attraction. Averagely priced for gifts etc. Food a little overpriced. Half a days attractions with the shows. Shows quite good. Interactions with the animals extra but worth it.

We did the dolphin swim. What an experience!! Definitely worth the money for any animal lover. The only issue is the exorbitant cost of photos of the activity, 20 per photo is daylight robbery. The dolphin, sea lion and parrot shows were well presented. Would have given 5 stars if not for the cost of photos.

Had the dolphin swimming experience and was left disappointed as half of it was dedicated to getting photos, our group of 8 all had 4 photos with the dolphin that seemed fake and exploitative and a pure money making exercise ( 30 for 3 photos),. This seemed too expensive on top of the 280 entrance for two dolphin experiences and one General admission. The organisation of the swimming was tragically amateur leaving us to walk accross the park barefoot (concrete was unbearably hot) my advice is avoid this dated experience and go on a boat trip

I thought I would find a much more polished, clean...

I thought I would find a much more polished, clean and well-kept structure. Tall weeds everywhere, dry and not pruned plants, even the cages that host ground turtles and the larger parrots could be modernized and above all enlarged. Not to mention the coati house, very small and narrow. Of course I was aware of going to a park where the animals are kept in captivity, but why not improve their conditions and their environment? In addition, the locker rooms to be used for wearing wetsuits were unisex, with broken showers and a single hair dryer. The staff seemed kind and organized enough. I paid 125 euros for "swim with dolphins" an exaggerated amount because it is 30 minutes of activity to do together with a group of max 7 people at the same time another group of max 7 participants each with their own instructor and 1 dolphin per group (the male is called Soul, the female Onda). After some instructions from the instructors you dive into the water (with a wetsuit provided by the staff and without any tinsel, rings, bracelets, hair laces and I would add long and / or fake nails to avoid scratching the dolphins or falling into water and ingest them) you can interact with the dolphin, he passes by and we can caress him on the back (never on the eyes or on the respiratory organ on the apex of the head) then with a supplied mask you can observe how the cetacean swims and listen the sounds it emits. They clap their hands on the water and the dolphin responds with the movement of the tail, all on command and with fish-based prizes. Then you pass by the other side of the pool and you change with the other group, lean with your elbows by the pool and the dolphin passes and stops next to everyone to be caressed or to place the snout on our shoulder to ensure that the staff members take photos to buy then at a price of 10 euros each. if you take at least 3 (30 euros). However I was aware of everything. I paid this amount knowingly. I complain, however, of the neglect, the lack of care in general. Stroking a dolphin and being a few centimeters away from him is an exciting and unforgettable experience. The instructors who guided us in this activity are very clever, and I'm sure they take care of these wonderful creatures.

The visit was a disappointment. Very small, hardly anything to see. The entrance fees are disproportionately high, as are the prices for food / drink.
A visit is only recommended in the event of acute boredom.
