Brings back lots of wonderful memories still very well kept and a great escape from all the madness, Clean, friendly staff only open Fridays to Sundays but just happy to see that it's still up and running

The setting is extremely nice, the view is gorgeous and it's just extremely relaxing.

The staff is the worst. Them seem as if the persons that attended the location a look work. No customer service no customer care . These people need to understand that in other for them to keep a warm meal on the table and allow life to be alot easier you frist have to know how to be of service to guests. Because you dont know who is who no matter where people coming from the atmost respect is needed.

It's recently renovated and is now called the Grand Hotel Excelsior Port Royal. Great food and bar service, excellent views. Covid-19 protocols followed.
