I arrived at the emergency room sick and in a panicked state. I was meet kindly by staff despite my aggressive demeanor, and found a safety net that gave me exactly what I needed without overly entangling me in the system. I was an adult baby, and they met me with respect and treated me with dignity, giving me the care I needed to break my fever and manage my disease.

Thank you. You spared me suffering that I would have survived, but through your kindness suffered more gracefully.

Amazing doctors and Nurses in the ER. Professional and very attentive to their patients. Went on a Saturday in the middle of the afternoon and was assisted with full support and care. Best Er experience I ve ever had *****

My father was taken to emergency and they got him into ICU right away.
The nursing staff and doctors have been great.
They saved my dads life.
He is doing well and ready to move him to rehabilitation.
They are excellent

They charge absurd prices and are not informative of costs until it's too late and you owe the money. Quality of service is fine was fine otherwise. $400 for a quick urine sample/test is outrageous, and that is after insurance coverage.

They pushed me into a hall. Misdiagnosed me. I told them I was in pain I had to beg them for Advil. They let me leave in pain no prescription for my pain. They asked me to pee in a cup I did and they made me hold that pee in my hand until they discharged me. I had to ask for ct scan in my head. They x rayed my knee but not my forearm. They don t care about black people they think we do not feel pain and treat black people accordingly. Sad place to go when no one cares about you.

My wife came through the ER with an ankle injury. The staff was prompt, professional and courteous. The RN Gina and the tech Andrew were great. . The entire process was quick and efficient. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I've had various experiences at this hospital over many years. I'm grateful they are so close to my house. The only truly negative experience is with their billing dept. Recently, I found an excellent doctor who hangs out in the back next to the x-ray room. She is very attentive and she makes the experience all worthwhile. Cedar's has always helped me and I'm grateful they are so close in proximity to my house. Overall, it's a good place to go for an emergency.

My husband, Shaun, received the most wonderful care in this hospital after back surgery. The nursing staff was exceptional in every way. They were very responsive to Shaun's needs at all times and were so kind and caring. Everyone at the facility took pride in doing their jobs professionally but were very friendly at the same time. We can recommend this facility without reservation.

The facility is dated but the people make up for it. I was treated exceptionally by everyone. I especially want to say LJ ,Rowina and Sabrina who did most of my care were fantastic.

I came into the ER with abdominal pains and was admitted and stayed 3 days due to kidney stones that required surgery. My last day, my nurse on 1 South, Amber Jones, made my entire stay memorable. She was the absolute BEST and I don't ever remember laughing so hard being in the hospital. If laughter is the best medicine was a person, Amber Jones, you are it!!!! Thank you for the care, professionalism and the laughs, Miss Lady!!!!
