A lady named Chris on the court department who answered the phone.sounded angry and bothered as soon as I spoke. After being on hold for over 15mins at 9am she then puts me on hold again and when she gets back she rudely and loudly yelled at me saying" What do u have on my ear?" I said nothing madam it must be a bad connection. After asking her some questions she continued to use a very sharp tone as she were repremending her 3year old toddler. She gave me the wrong case number and as I kept trying to ask her questions; she continued to yell at me. I told her I didn't mean to give her a hard time and to be patient with me. After a while she got even more upset with me refusing to tell me what her name was. She was so loud! She then said her name was Ce. I asked Ce? She then continued to treat me like a toddler and told me I was rude and she wasn't about to put up with me" I begged her to help me and after another minute or so she just hung up on me. I had to call back an Kiara answered the phone with so much grace and professionalism. I ended up speaking to a supervisor who eventually answered all my questions and told me the name of the rude lady was Chris and apologized for her behavior. The supervisor (Ms Brenda I think) guided me to the appropriate counsil. And resolved my problem with excellent professionalism.

Officers Guinn, Allen and Sgt. Rio Libo performed without a flaw in the rain. Sadly Marin General fell far short. Officer Guinn went out of his way and dropped me at the bus station. Hats off yo all in the rain. Officer Guinn should be next in line to be a Sgt.

Called due to a domestic disturbance with a couple screaming at night around the block. They called saying they couldn t hear anything asking if I took a video (I did just for this) and they said theyd come over to see it. I said it was fine but I would meet them outside as to not wake my parents up. I waited outside for about 15 minutes then decided to go and see where they were. Both officers were in the car so I decided to go back to my house. They then finally showed up and harassed me for being out past curfew, forced me to wake my mother up, and invited themselves into my house. Not a fan, man.

They are okej. There was a deputy who joked about being a mall cop. I should have been recruited. I think honors students should be recruited not 'C' students the minimum standards. I am going to tell Arpaio

Our home alarm system sent in a (false) alarm at 130 am. Within minutes, the Marin County Sheriff Dept was here. Deputy Tanaka was professional, courteous, and clearly prepared to address any issue she might have encountered. We felt very well served and very well protected.

A deputy sheriff went above and beyond in helping tracking down a stolen cell phone, ensuring its return within hours of the incident. Extremely grateful for the support and excellent communication.

Good luck getting anyone to respond to a non emergency call. I even tried to visit the main office which is hidden away without signs. Then talked to a nice girl who could only hand write an email address to contact them.

Would you please have a detective call me. I have information about a major charity I worked for that is embezzling funds. And they wouldn't even give me my W2's because they probably pocketed the money. I would like to be taken seriously. I will call I guess we can't leave phone messages here.
