They will likely mess up your billing. I never have issues but I m still having one with the billing from this facility. They also could use some renovations. Nice nurses though. I won t use them again.
in the last minute they said you have to be two hours early,that it is not nice,because some people work,,am not happy
I had my first major surgery at Marietta Surgical Center. I was so nervous, but from the minute I walked in the door the staff put me at ease. The nurses were so kind and kept my spirit high. They made me feel like I was the only patient they had that day, not like just another number walking through the door. It was clear from the first intake nurse that my safety and care were their top priority. If I ever need another surgical procedure done, I would return to this center. Wonderful, wonderful staff and care!!!
I regret choosing this place over Northside. They make you pay upfront what the "allowable" amount is on your insurance - except they lie. I now have to pay even more because they failed to tell me the correct amount initially - after I verified it with them TWICE. Oh - and their billing representative is absolutely terrible, WHEN you can get them on the phone. Sarcastic, nasty, and unhelpful. AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. I won't ever use them again.

Being billed for money I don't owe and I can't get anyone on the phone. Stay away from this place, it's just not worth the hassle.
This is the best surgical Center in town. From the minute I walked in the door until the time I left, my care was this staffs top priority. The reception area was clean and open, my family had more than enough room to make themselves comfortable during their wait. My registration was easy and simple and the front desk person was knowledgeable and friendly at explaining my charges and fees. I did a lot of research in comparing my fees before my procedure, and learned that using this facility was about 50-70% cheaper than the Outpatient Surgical at one of the local hospitals. When using a hospital, you are charged for every single thing that is used down to your bandaids. However, MSC has one set fee for your procedure, so I was pleased to know that bandaids were included. The nursing staff was extremely nice and caring. I felt I was the only patient there that day even though they were very busy. The early arrival time gave me time to get comfortable with my surroundings and speak with my surgeon and the anesthesiologist without feeling rushed. When I woke up, the nurses continued to give me great care even though I was pretty cranky from the pain I had. She made sure I was at a comfortable pain level before getting me ready for discharge. If your surgeon utilizes this facility for his procedures, I highly recommend them. Top notch care and service for half the cost of a hospital. Parking was easily accessible and free. If I or anyone in my family has to have surgery again, I will probably use a Surgeon who is credentialed here to ensure I receive great care.
Scheduled to report for cataract surgery at 9:30 am. Finally taken to surgery at 12:30 for a 15 minute procedure. We take appt times seriously. Why don t medical appointment managers?
These are the nicest people in the business, I really didn't want to go in for surgery, it was cosmetic that I have been putting off for years because I am not crazy about hospitals but when I got there everybody was so friendly, it just turned out to be a great day. Dr.Kristina Price performed the surgery, she is the best and did a fantastic job, I couldn't be happier, and she is very easy going and professional.
I want to take the time to say THANK YOU to the Marietta Surgical Center. My daughter had a procedure and they are the best. Every single one was helpful and kind. The staff made my daughter and us feel really special. Thank you !!!
The facility is undergoing some construction so it's not very modern like Kennestone Hospital at all. However, the staff that took care of me is great! They are all very friendly, professional, and are great at what they do. Thanks again everyone.

Was sent here on an outside referral from the VA. Dr. Cohen is true professional and the entire surgical staff was amazing.
My mother inlaw is a wheel chair bound and has a difficult time doing anything. Staff here was not patient with her, having her in tears. Tugging and pulling at her making her cry. The list goes on and on about this facility. Everyone EXCEPT the doctors were rude and impatient with us. Will NEVER go back here again!
Everyone at the Marietta Surgical Center was wonderful to my daughter who was very nervous about having her tonsils out. Our wait was minimal and the preop and postop care was excellent. Thanks so much!
Both of my children needed their tonsils out at the same time. Marietta Surgery Center took care of both of my children with complete professionalism and provided amazing support to me as well. The care that their staff shows is evident in everything they do.
Stay away from this surgery center. Bad service, bad communication, and don't follow safety protocols!

Nothing! The waiting room with uncomfortable chairs was overflowing and a few of us were asked to wait in a supply room. The drinking fountains were turned off and the vending machine was broken so no water for anyone. The staff was nice and really tried to make the best of the situation. The doctors who invest in this facility should be both horrified and embarrassed.
