I am the owner of Allied Contractors LLC located in middle Tennessee.
We subcontract for a number of GC's who do everything from Hospitality, Medical, Retail, etc.
Recently, we contracted our first project with Marco and found them to be a very solid GC. Chris Watson (PM) was great to work with.

We are finishing our second project with them under the direction of Jim Frye (PM) and we couldn't be more pleased.
We at Allied Contractors have an excellent reputation and we do not work for just anyone.

After two projects, we have now decided that Marco Contractors will definitely be among the selected few GC's we will work for.

They won't stop emailing our business with bid offers. I've emailed a few times saying we are not interested in their business. I have blocked their senders, but they somehow find another email to send them from every time. Really unprofessional and aggravating. I don't think this is a legit company.

I have been working for Marco for a long time, it was truly the best decision I have made in my professional career. Marty, and Nick Smith are some of the most fair and honest people in the construction industry. Marco Contractors are defenatly changing the construction industry, and are settings standards others only hope to achieve. Gold Standard National Contractor.

I have worked with Marco Contractors for years. Marty and his team are dynamic, innovative, and professional. I highly recommend them.

I called to schedule an appointment to obtain a quote for some work that I needed done. Appointment scheduled for November 11th at 11:00am. I called this morning at 7:52am to confirm. The opened at 8am. Didn't receive a call. I called back at 8:25am ; only for them to tell me thet have the appointment for the following Thur. I walked through our entire conversation, because she was unaware that 11/11 was Veterans day. Yet she's choosing not to accommodate my request for the appointment. This speaks volume for the the company. No integrity. No follow-thru and definitely unprofessional. You can keep it it. Glad that it occured now than when I accept6the contract.

I have worked with Marco for many years and think they are a great company. They do a very professional job and are always ON TIME.

I've known Marco for over 15 years. They have always been fair with me in all my dealings. I find them to be decent people with a reputable company. They come highly recommended by me personally !

I have used Marco for Over 25 years for retrofit new stores, ground up new stores and remodels. They are one of the few contractors who can handle all three. From the top down, they always show attention to detail, always answer the phone and are flexible working through issues that pop up. They have been in business for many years and I ve used them on three different owners projects. They always prove to be one of our best overall value GC s that offers the total package!

Beware Sub-Contractors!!!! This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Smooth talkers, thought they were smarter than me. Tried to stiff me on change orders. I prevailed, others didn t. Read the reviews. The reviews say it all. Stay away at all costs.

I have been dealing with Marco for years. They are some of the most professional people I have dealt with. It all starts from the top, Marty is one of the most honest, hard working people in the business but also knows how to treat his employees well. That shows in the quality work they perform.
