I've been practicing yoga on and off for a few years now, and I recently started attending Sivananda flow yoga classes. I love it! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and they create a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. The flow sequences are challenging but also accessible, and I always feel so much better after a class. I highly recommend Sivananda flow yoga to anyone looking to enhance their yoga practice.
