My wife was in accident in March of this year. It was ruled that it was 100% the other person's fault. We contacted this office after 4 months of getting nowhere with our insurance company. It is now December and we've seen no action outside of the sending a packet to the insurance company. Giving them 30% of what we get is WAY more than they deserve. Especially since they no longer answer our phone calls or emails. Would not recommend.

I have a difficult case with VA that apparently involves a cover up by VA of patients at Balboa Naval Hospital getting transfusions with Hepatitis C tainted blood. My late husband wanted me to follow up on this as far as I could so I could get widows benefits. It was a deathbed wish. I am stunned that these folks wouldn't even listen to the whole story. I will seek counsel elsewhere.

I was rear ended in April 2019. The at fault insurance policy only pays out $30,000. These so called professionals must have known this. I walked away with 10 grand to cover what I've been through and the neck pain I will endure most likely my whole life.

My paralegal was changed twice and my lawyer was changed right before they presented settlement papers to his insurance without even telling me!
Either they knew this guy's policy only pays out 30K for injury and misled me, or they never even looked at the declaration page at all until 14 months later when they told me this.
So here I am almost 2 years later still in pain, still in treatment for my pain and I'm forced to go after my own insurance company for underinsured motorists coverage!
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT let these shady people represent you!
