Marbella Suites Bandung Review

This hotel has facilities like swimming pool (no heater), kids playground, sand play area (next to the pool), gym, restaurant and best of all the view. The room is quite old, really need updating. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of option. If u need omelet, need to request. The only downside from the hotel is the elevator which only 1 operating, so expect long queue to go to the room.

Stayed here around Christmas holiday with family. The building looks old even though it said built in 2009, need maintenance as a lot of paint is falling off.. The room we stayed is very spacious but very dusty.. The bathroom light and shower is broken and need to be replaced when we arrived. The room and bathtub is clean though.
The facilities are good though, they have a big swimming pool and area to play sands. There's also mini zoowhere we can feed bunnies and some birds. Children playground is also available, even though it's very minimum. Haven't tried the restaurant buffet but they sell some food near the pool in the morning, which I guess is the same food from breakfast buffet, and it taste quite good.
What I really like about this place is it's far from the main road, so the air is very fresh and not noisy. So if you come to Bandung to relax, this place should be considered. The view is also good if you stay at high floor, as you can view mountains and Bandung city from the balcony.

Nice hotel, a lot of fun here. Complete playground for kids. Recomended, but only one lift operated for 12 floor hotel...

We got the room from airbnb, the room was excellent, but the hotel environtment was poor

The hotel from outside may look old, but the management do their best to maintain the quality inside. We really love the pool area. The mini farm includes rabbits and birds. Please improve the playground. The fitness center is not well maintained sadly...only 2 or 3 machines worked. The breakfast is good and has many variation. The hot water and bath up is really good. Please make a retouch to the lobby so it may represents 4 star Hotel

Room is nice and spacious. They have 17 floor and so many rooms, but they only have 2 lift and one is not working (under maintenance). Waiting for the lift is taking forever. Kids pool is too crowded and doesn't have warm water.

Used to be a very good hotel & apartment, but now the condition just enough for 3star. But the staff was really nice & friendly

first came and greeted by a friendly female Receptionist, directed to the swimming pool and it turned out that it was very quiet, only me and my younger brother were swimming. There is one thing that I will not forget, there is an employee in black and white uniform with a dirty face and unfriendly. I am disappointed as a guest. yeah maybe he's tired .... the photo spots are in the best pool, the pool is plenty but the adult pool is cloudy but its ok. Thank you for the experience. BTW I was swimming in a Mermaid costume in the guest view. At the balcon, Shy but happy
