Terrible place for the trucker, try to avoid this place at any cost, longer wait time then ever, people who was loading my trailer went on vacation in middle of it.

I have never posted a review like this before, I try to only post positives. This facility pushed me to the point of changing my mind.
We had a 1500 pickup appointment, we got here early as a courtesy.
It is now 1945 and we are being told it will be another two and a half hours, minimum.
This is the epitome of bad business and bad management.
I will never darken their doorstep again, and I will make sure all my driver friends know about this place.
I am thoroughly disgusted!
I know or have known several people who have worked for or do work for Maples. Some have had good experiences there, others have not. I think it depends on the department & supervisors.
Wonderful company! I LOVE their rugs!!! Awesome customer service and an exceptional product! Hey folks, please buy their rugs as they are made in the USA and there aren't too many companies like this one left, that give jobs to people in the USA. I try to buy American when I can, but so many products are coming in from other countries; namely China and the Middle East. Please buy American and help the USA! The rugs they make are a great price point and a wonderful product! BTW, I do not work there and am just a satisfied customer from KS. Thanks Maples!

It s not Rocket Science y all. Just come in, do your job and everything will be ok. Yes, the pay is sub par but the health and prescription drug insurance is outstanding!!! Great job for someone right out of school and still living at home. But for those of us who have a family, a mortgage, a car payment and all the other things that go with this thing we call life, IT S NOT SO GREAT. All they expect is for you to come to work, work safely and go home to your family.
Maples is a good place to work I was treated very well when I worked there and the people
Was nice
Worked here for 3 months and quit because I was forced into working 10:30am-7:30pm when I hired in on 2nd shift barely a month before. Said they didn't need 4 drivers for one plant... Plus had a problem with employee at Plant 1 (after the change in hours) harassing me and HR just slapped him on the wrist. That person had multiple complaints against him from several different people. Also this place doesn't know how to appreciate their truck drivers. They consider us "a dime a dozen!"
I wasn't going to post but since I have tried for two weeks now to reach someone from customer service with no luck I'm posting. I purchased this brand of rugs less then a year ago and they are already fraying (or fuzzing). They are beautiful patterns which was what attracted me to them in the first place but they shouldn't be doing this already if at all. We only have three people in our house so it is not like there is a ton of foot traffic either. I was disappointed that this happened and more so that not a single person responded to me.
No as bad as review said. But they take a while working in your truck. I had an appointment at 1 pm and check in at 8 am. They gave me a dock at 9 am. Have taken more than 2 hrs to get me loaded but at least you can check early.
