Maple Leaf Flooring Reviews

We recently decided to renovate our main level flooring; went from carpet/hardwood mix to all vinyl. Maple Leaf had great selection and competitive pricing. Installation went smoothly as well; no issues at all. However, the deciding factor for us was their knowledge and customer service. I shopped around 4-5 other competitors and none even came close. I'm a total novice when it comes to home renos and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail and also provided some very good recommendations. All-in-all great experience!

Well we had a GREAT experience when my husband and I went there initially, very informative and we took samples home. The second time I went my husband was working so my mom and daughter came with me. The service was AWFUL. The man wouldn't acknowledge when my daughter spoke to him and he didn't give us the time of day, it was a very uncomfortable experience and to out it lightly, I left there feeling angry and disrespected. Before this negative interaction, we were sure we wanted to go with Maple Leaf Flooring for our 2000 square foot job. After this, we knew we didn't want a company who would treat us and especially a child in our house for installation. I can't help but notice that the only difference between our first and second interaction is that there was a man present...... Do better Maple Leaf Flooring.

They were awesome. Always so helpful and offered their opinion and professionalism and our place turned out fantastic.

I had an amazing experience with Maple Leaf Flooring! Their building was very visually appeasing and easy to find multiple options. Jensen was incredibly welcoming and very personable. I felt that he genuinely carried about what product would best fit my lifestyle and financial needs. When they arrived to lay the flooring they showed extreme professionalism (arrived on time, very efficient and left the place in better condition than when they arrived). Throughly impressed! I am so happy with the final product and it looks amazing!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them next time as well!

I was moving into a new place, another company bailed and I needed new flooring installed on short notice. Maple Leaf accommodated my timeline and had great product available for me to choose from. They were able to deliver the same day I took possession and installed 1000sq ft of vinyl plank and carpet in 7 hours! AND the flooring looks fantastic! They are amazing! Service with a smile too! AND a great price. Love this company.

Very good experience with these guys. Very welcoming. Jensen pays attention to what you say for every details. I had a small purchase in their store for my big project but he paid attention to what I needed and gave good suggestions to what I need and what I won't need - honest.

So even though it was a small purchase on my part, Jensen took his time with me without me feeling any rush. So the customer-to-business relationship was terrific :)

We renovated two floors of our house and had Maple Leaf do all of the flooring (hardwood and tile) as well as the backsplash for the kitchen and three bathrooms. I highly recommend them. Jensen was on site at the very beginning and gave excellent advice. He helped with most of our decisions and contributed to the success of our project. The installers were meticulous and the quality of work was amazing. What really measures the value of a company, though, is how they perform in less than ideal situations. Our project started in April 2020 and there were a lot of unknowns at the time. There were supply chain disruptions and shipping changes that Jensen navigated really well. When there were changes that could not be prevented, he would work with us to ensure our project stayed on track and would find us similar or better products we could use instead. I can t say enough good things about Jensen and the team at Maple Leaf!

Very friendly, professional and amazing work done on time and on budget. Responsive to email/text. Absolutely gorgeous finished product.
