It's convenient because it's all in one place, close to the station, and there is a convenience store.
Ice vendors are often out of stock, probably because there is a training facility. (And it's near the training building.)
The coin laundry detergent is 40 yen (only 4 10-yen coins are accepted), which is a little inconvenient even though the front desk is close.
The room is large and the bed is large.

However, for business use, I would like the coin laundry to be located in the accommodation area (2nd floor or above) instead of the front desk on the 1st floor.

Convenience is good because the conference room and the accommodation are in the same building.

The property is well located for going to the Makuhari Messe. From here you can go by bus in 15 minutes, and the number of trains is also about 5 minutes in the morning.

We took the hotel out of an emergency due to Typhoon Faxai. Since there were no trains going to Narita all day and other roads were closed, this hotel was the only good and affordable one.

The hotel is less geared towards tourists. Many of the signs are in Japanese or Chinese, and English less so. Staff hardly speak English, but were able to communicate with them as far as possible.

Check-in is quick and easy. As usual in Tokyo, rooms are rather small but nice. There is everything from accessories in the bathroom to cell phones that can be used free of charge for local calls and internet use.



The hotel is right next to Makuhari Hongo metro station and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall and a good hotel to stay and relax, but nothing more.

The response from the young male reception staff was excellent. I was very alert and the smile was refreshing and I felt very good.

I stayed twice.
The first time there were 2 adults and 1 child, so I chose to sleep with 2 beds.
I was able to sleep comfortably.
The second time there were 2 adults and 3 children, so I went to bed with 2 people and added 1 bed to another.
There was a feeling that I put 3 beds in 2 rooms by force, and the space for changing clothes was reduced and there was no sense of comfort.

It was accompanied by rice, fish and miso soup, and there was also a little side dish and bread in the buffet.

You can check in late at any time, so it is not necessary to keep up with the time, even when it is hard to set up your own schedule.
