I needed to get some discharge paper work from a previous visit but the medical records area was closed so I was sent to the welcome desk for further help. I wish I knew the ladies name who helped me. She was Asian maybe? She was so patient with me, helped me set up patient portal and printed what I needed even though it wasn t her department to help me. Thank you! I m 36 weeks pregnant and had walked all over the hospital trying to figure out where to go, very grateful you helped me!

Only one nurse is very rude. She speaks like you own her something, she don't care how you feel yourself after very hard delivery, She says nobody In there have to help me feed baby( after delivery its very hard to carry baby and get up). Her name is Jodie or so. I never want to see her again. She is definitely disaster.
Every one else God bless all of you. Best care team. Always been nice with me and both of my kids. I love this hospital.

I had my first baby here in June, I don't recommend it. The nurse I had in delivery wasn't listening to me at all, I had a particularly rough birth. She did a lot of things without my consent and made me feel helpless and like everything was out of my control. If you do decide to deliver here, bring a Doula or someone with experience with you that can be an advocate for you. The nurses postpartum were wonderful.

My wife just gave birth to our first born here. Omg what a great experience. The 24/7 care is amazing. They helped us with whatever we needed, no task too big or small. I have gained the upmost respect for the nursing staff. They work SO hard. Made us feel ready to take care of our son on our own. Everyone was so professional and always knew what to do in every situation. They are real life superheroes.

To every doctor and nurse, (we were there 5 days so we had many) thank y all so much for helping us bring baby Mateo into the world. appreciate you guys more than I can ever express.

1000% recommend delivering your baby here. They made us feel safe and comfortable. They go above and beyond.

(Ps. They literally have room service with a full menu. Almost felt like a hotel.)

They told my roommate two nights ago at the emergency room that they re serving the low income community first. She went in for a severe pain in the stomach and saw people coming in after her getting help first. She waited for four hours before getting help.

This is straight up discrimination. Maple Grove Hospital better start treating their patients based on who comes first and their pain levels, not based on the skin color. They should know better that physical pain isn t always visible, what if she has an appendicitis?

Shame on you, Maple Grove Hospital s Emergency Room.

Had a fantastic birthing expierence with karoline the nurse who by herself brought our beautiful boy into this world! She is incredibly strong and clearly has a passion for her work. Giving 3 stars because my wife and i both had covid symptoms that started 2 days after we came home. Not sure if all the nurses are vaccinated or what but it is a little concerning that we got it from the hospital visit.

Came into the E.R. was pleasantly welcomed. We were updated each step of the way by very kind staff, spent almost 10 hours here overall and every department we visited gave us great treatment and service. Highly recommend!

Nurses are not gentle during delivery and I got 2nd degree perineal tear. During discharge they didnt educate properly and now I am suffering with 1 degree bladder prolapse and 2nd degree rectal prolapse. That's makes me depress n feel so lost now.
