I want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to you to our Event Manager on the day and all your staff. Honestly we could not fault one thing. The venue firstly is a really lovely space and just perfect for us. The toilets clean and always had plenty of supplies which we liked. I particularly loved the small touch of hand cream which has given us ideas to do the same in our church bathrooms as it s just a really lovely thoughtful touch.
To firstly deal with yourself in the lead in was always professional yet personal and I appreciated that a lot, nothing was a problem THANK YOU
Then and I m so sorry I have forgotten his name (I do apologise) but the lovely man who was my point person on the day. He is worth his weight in GOLD, nothing was a problem to him and he took care of me and our team so wonderfully and did it in such a professional manner. He never stopped from the moment we walked in to when we left and he never showed stress or any time did he show he was fed up with all our demands and questions, so honestly I can not praise him enough for all he did for us.
To the chef and the food, we want to say THANK YOU, we all loved the food so tasty and I want to apologise to him and your staff for the everyone eating so much of the lamb, staff couldn t stop raving about the lamb and I am actually embarrassed they ate so much so I apologise for putting your chef and team through that pressure. However thank you that your chef immediately prepared the beef and no one missed out and everyone was well fed. I am on a strict diet but yesterday that diet was put on hold as I ate everything it was just too good not to.
Your lovely sweet girl behind the bar was a delight and always working and helpful with a sweet smile the whole time.
So our overall impressions of Leonda is that WE ARE COMING BACK we loved it and so a big big massive thanks to you Celeste and all the staff who served us so well on Friday, it made our day just that more special.
We had some really special ministry time together as a team and LEONDA helped to make that happen as well as our God!
I do hope and pray your staff got a touch of Gods love and grace too throughout the day through our worship and our staff!
