Great view from the comfortable room that made it feel like an upscale hotel. Only one elevator which we felt was quite slow but luckily stairs at both ends of the hallway offer a faster way down any time you don't have luggage. A fairly small but nice beach is right outside one of these stairs for swimming and sunbathing. On the other end of the first floor is a great restaurant with outdoor seating.

We had a wonderful late night stay here over the holidays!! The room, service and view were all wintery magic like. I worked here out of high school and am so happy to see it's staying power and excellent staff experience. Will be working it into our annual vacation budget!!
Starting from the friendly check-in, accommodating staff will do their best to make sure you have what you need and go above and beyond - and ending with the easiest check out.
Everything in between was just as relaxed and effortless.
Staying here with two kids who basically lived in their swimsuits for 5 days, was the most relaxing stay I've had. The great sun facing pool (what a setup!), the dedicated private beach when you need to get those kids out of the water to build some sand castles and chase waves! (The adirondack chairs are a sweet addition to that beach - well done Manteo!)
The property is clean, they do a great job with the upkeep (I saw a guy sweeping spider webs away every morning!!)
SmackDab: The restaurant is lovely, the food is great, and the staff are just as helpful and nice. Kids menu is most pleasing to young palates.
This past week was my SECOND time booking the Manteo this summer. I will not be staying anywhere else when I visit Kelwona.
Despite COVID-19 and its restrictions, the staff made every effort to provide a great service and ensure the patrons were comfortable and well taken care of. BRAVO!!

They treated us very kind and offered help with our bags up to our room and made us a chocolate cake congratulating us for our wedding. We wanted to stay in a room further away from our friends but they had no other room but right next door which was kinda disappointing but really wasn't bad in the end.
The shower drain was blocked so we had to plunge it a couple times which was kinda gross but not terrible.
The carpet is ridged so taking a cart across it was so loud and I'm sure annoying for everyone to listen to as we passed by their rooms.
But the beds were very comfortable!!
Because of covid there was no room service but still could order skip the dishes so that was totally fine.
The hot tub was great very happy we could book it at the front desk and just our group could go when reserved.
All in all I left happy.
We stayed in a two bedroom villa. It was very good and convenient. The villa s amenities were perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Also, we rented a boat there and the boat was very nice and we had a great time. We ll come back again. :)
Very friendly, check in was easy and quick, responsive and polite front desk... The room is a nice large suite with well maintained kitchen, including fridge, stove, coffee maker utensils, plates, cups and dishwasher. Great area, close to the beach and everything else that you need.
